Excellent service. Easy drop off. Plane was delayed but my car was waiting for me to collect by the time that I reached the car park at 2am. Would recommend.

The experience was easy, but I expected our vehicle back quicker that it was. I phoned, as requested, having collected our luggage, but we had to wait around 20 minutes at the collection point before our vehicle arrived, and this was around midnight.

Highly recommended. Excellent service yet again. This is the 3rd time that I have used meet and greet and will continue to do so. Simple to book, competitively priced, hassle free from start to finish. Clear parking and collection arrangements - which is reassuring for early morning drop off and collection. I always phone when I have waited for my luggage, cross the road and wait approximately 2-3 mins. Staff are efficient, friendly and easy to identify.

Will start by saying our experience collecting was much better than drop off. On phoning when collecting a very polite gentlemen picked up the phone and my car arrived promptly. It was a very good experience. Which I could say the same about dropping it off. We tried to ring as instructed 20 minutes before - no answer. We got to the designated zone and called again - explained the situation to a very rude and abrupt colleague who said it was our fault blah blah blah. Very unprofessional. Very rude. The driver arrived, but to drop off another vehicle which had a problem so we were left waiting longer. When he finally came over he said as we were there for too long we would have to pay the ticket. We refused as none of this process was smooth or pfessioanl. Pick up was great, drop off - not so much

I parked my car at Gatwick using LG Parking. They sub the work out to Sure who took my car away to park it SECURELY. When I picked my car up 6 days later the car had a dent on the rear above the wheel arch (Looked like a another car had opened its door on it). I mentioned this to the valet (Sure) and stated on the sheet to accept the car that it had been damaged, I asked for a callback from their office as I was not happy. The call never came. I took this matter up with LG Parking who said this would be looked into and a resolution would be put in place. This has never been followed up by them. I have mailed LG Parking several emails along with a photo of the damage to the car asking for this to be chased. But they have not got back to me. Has anyone else experienced this sort of thing and how did you get it resolved.... My advise as it stands would not to touch this company or Sure as they take your money but that is where the service stops.
