"When I booked I didn't know it was Q-Park where I used about 3 months ago when I flied from Heathrow airport. I will only use Q-Park and if I knew there were Q-park in Gatwick I should have serched Q-park frist. Anyway easy to use and good exprience. Thanks.

"Directions were some of the easiest to follow we have had. Checking in was so quick and easy. More impressive was when we phoned to say that we'd arrived back in the uk (well after midnight)by the time we'd collected our bags a bus was at the entrance to the terminal. "Found the experience fine although did get myself lost trying to find the car park and found myself on the other side of airport and had to ask at a garage for directions. I know the directions say something about not coming off a road but it would be better just to tell us to come back down the other side of the dual carriageway - I was coming on M4 from London.
Otherwise the actual parking experience was good and now I know to just come back down the dual carriageway, it wont be a problem in the future."
Found it a little difficult to find your site though - even with the directions - as it was dark when I was looking for it and it is not well signposted and it is difficult to follow directions and drive at the same time!
If I had not seen one of your buses and followed it I would have had to have gone to another car park"

"I would and have recommended BCP car parking to friends and work collegues. I found the service excellent and staff very friendly.
The only fault I found was the directions as I had trouble finding the place. Apart from that excellent and really good value for money.
I will certainly use it again when travelling from Gatwick
"Our experiance with BCP was excellent. They are very efficient in getting us to the airport, and then getting us back to our car.
"I would use the BCP Car park again in the future even though I returned from holiday only yesterday to find that one of your colleagues had an accident in my car which has lead to the right front wing being damaged. "Car park was a long way from the airport, directions unclear, badly signposted , difficult to find. I got lost in the dark. It took 40 minutes from leaving my car to getting to south terminal. I nearly missed the flight.
It took 35 minutes to get back from the airport bus stop to the car park. Its just not true to say the car park is 10 minutes away - because its not.
Car drop off and retrieval was efficient."

"I found the booking process very straightforward and not time consuming. The directions to the car park, provided with the booking confirmation were comprehensive, although we nearly made a mistake picking up the final pair of roundabouts. Information showing the places on the road direction signs may have helped. we were arriving at 6.30 in the morning and if there had only been the driver this may have been missed.
The booking in procedure was painless, our instructions for the return clear and we were on the coach to the terminal within 5 minutes.
On our return although we did not ring through until we had cleared Customs the keys were waiting and the car easily found within 100 yards of the BCP building.

"Directions poor and we got lost at 5.00am. Tried to phone for help and got answer machine message saying they were closed. Had to ask 3 locals for alternative directions. should be made clearer that you need to go back down the opposite carriageway as we saw the name of the road and ended up in holiday parking.

Having used the car park before I noticed that passengers are now having to bring their luggage on board. This must be difficult for elderly people and passengers with children. it also means fewer seats which must mean more buses and journeys in busier times."
"BCP seem to have been taken over by Q-Park and changes have not been for the better. Gone are the comfortable transfer buses to be replaced with rough , noisy vehicles with few seats and poor luggage storage racks - suitcases on the bottom slid into the aisle on corners, blocking it. Also passengers now have to lug their own bags on and off, whereas in the past the driver loaded/unloaded from pavement to luggage compartment.
Cost for 1 weeks parking was not far short of the cost of a taxi return. Don't think we will be back."

Very pleased with booking service, reception staff and actual parking, which is what I expected due to my previous experiences of booking with BCP. However,this time, I was concerned at the speed each driver drove to and from the airport with there being no seat belts on the bus! Last night, when we came back to BCP, the bus was full with passengers and lots of suitcases. Even more concerned that all internal lghts were switched off for the entire journey. Glad no cases fell!!, but speed of driving was again unacceptable. (Driver wore a deep red jumper)I mentioned the lights issue to the reception staff at the BCP but I was told that this was to stop the dazzling. How come we saw other buses with their internal lights on?
At this stage,for issues of Health and Safety, I cannot recommend BCP to elderly travellers. I would not like any elderly friend or relative of mine to travel on the BCP coaches unless there is a marked change.
