"Only ten minutes from the airport and good fast transfer.
Arrived and left the keys with reception so we could go straight to the bus stop.
On arrival you collect your keys and they tell you exactly which row it was parked in.
Avoids alot of hassle and is good VFM (Value For Money)"

"It was all delightfully simple. Staff were pleasant, even at 3.30 in the morning! Directions to the site were clear and we never had to wait more than 10 minutes for the bus. Will definitely use the service in the future."

"Arriving was a good experience with a good bus service and counter service.
Sadly on return our car was returned to us damaged, two days later we are still waiting for contact for repairs. The manager did remain to speak with us when we collected the car and was very apologetic."

"Excellent service. Some distance from the terminals but frequent shuttle bus service (every 15 minutes) makes this an easy and efficient choice. I have used this car park before (when it was run by BCP) and will do so again."

"Overall, I was very pleased with the service.
The only thing I would like is, rather than calling when you arrive, it would be nice to have a timetable of when your buses arrive at the airport (or even text back to say when it will be outside). When it is very cold it is not nice standing outside waiting for the bus (especially with a young child).

"Found this service on an internet search and it gave best overall value for money; booking was easy and straightforward and confirmed by email very quickly.

Directions were good and the Car Park found first time.

Easy run to the terminal within 5-6 mins of getting there and pick up was likewise about 6 mins for the return bus to arrive.

Booking out was very quick and easy.

Overall, very nice and easy to use service and I shall no doubt use them again."

"An easy and hassle free experience - the directions to find the car park were accurate and easy to follow. Booking in and parking was straight forward and the transfer bus was on time, taking only about 5-6 minutes to get us to the airport. Security looked good too giving peace of mind while we were away!"

"Efficient, courteous and reasonable. The only drawbacks are that it is difficult to find and that you must allow at least 30 minutes from dropping off the car to arrival at the terminal as it is some distance by coach which visits both termionals in succession."

"Booking was easy on line.

However buses every 10 minutes was incorrect. At time of week/day we went (late morning on a Monday) we waited >20 mins.

Journey time of 10 minutes was also incorrect. By the time we'd driven all round one-way-system and stopped at North Terminal it was way over 10 minutes.

However service at both Terminal end and Car Park end was efficient and fast. The driving instructions were clear and very necessary

Only other slightly confusing point was that is wasn't a Purple Parking car park."

"The Car Park is several miles south of Gatwick Airport so there is a 5-10 min. coach journey each way. You need to allow plenty of time to find the Car Park (good directions provided) plus check-in and waiting time for the next coach. Coaches serve both terminals - North then South.

Coaches run fairly frequently but our return coach had come from North terminal so was almost full and some people had to wait 10 mins. or more for the next one.

Our car was ready near the exit - you have to find your own way back as there are no return directions. We live north of Gatwick so it was a bit frustrating knowing we were being taken the 'wrong way' but overall a reasonable service."

"Quick, convenient, close to the airport and competitively priced.
Only one comment, when I printed off the directions to the car park the text of the relevant paragraphs was each in one continuous line so we only got to read the first dozen words of the paragraph. All the other paragraphs seemed to format correctly. I have a pdf copy of the document if you need to see and example.
It was fortunate that I had my Greater London Atlas with me so that I could find your car park from the address alone.

"I had two problems:
1 - On arrival, I was looking for the BCP parking area. I had booked through BCP, had an internet print-out showing BCP and had been to BCP before. Since you have altered the layout, I drove straight past. Either let people know when booking or make the BCP sign on the gate larger and in the old colours.
2 - I was travelling alone with 3 bags including a heavy golf bag. It was a nuisance to (a) have to get my own bags into the bus, then (b) manipulate them the length of the bus (past other peoples bags) to the luggage racks. If we must get our own bags on board then at least put the luggage racks near the door.
Otherwise reception staff very helpful and friendly."

"Staff were polite, welcoming and efficient at both the drop-off and collection of our vehicle.
Courtesy coach was immediately available and driver was excellent.

"all aspects of the service given by airparks was perfect. the directions and address given by purple parking were completely wrong and added approx 45 mins onto our journey time and was only resolved when we contacted airparks directly. this would put us off using purple parking again and will propbably order with the carpark directly in future to avoid any wrong directions."

"The service was very good. The only improvements that I feel might make your service better is that the luggage transportation is difficult for your clients, as you use normal service type buses; This makes it very awkward for families with young children and multiple suitcases, where as with a coach the suitcases are loaded at ground level reducing the delays involved going backwards and forward for suitcases.
Please take this as a comment and not a criticism, | do understand that coaches are more expensive and your are running a business to make money."

"Our trip was very good. Parking facility like yours provide good service to people who want to come by car to the airport. There is one suggestion :

Parking place was very difficult to find from M23. We followed your instructions for the direction but got lost anyway. We had to make several rounds near airport. If you put directions on the road showing clearly how to go from M23 that would be very very useful. Moreover, on that road there are no one to help you so only and only proper driving directions can be helpful.

We would like to book with you next time as well. Just need to have more drive friendly directions for the parking place. Take care."

"The arrival procedure seemed somewhat chaotic when we left our car. We did not expect to have to leave our keys so we had not given any thought to whether we could leave anything in the car in our absence. That said it did not delay us unduly.

On our return the bus arrived promptly at the airport building and the bus stop was easy to find. We were very impressed with the organisation on collection of the car. It was pouring with rain so we were pleased our car ws parked so close to the drop off point.

We would consider using the service again."
