"well over the xmas period there were many delays and your company refunded me my money on the first time my flight was cancelled, but on the second time i was told by purple parking that there was no refunds now and i would have to go back to airparks, who then said it was not there problem but purple parking, so i will not be using purple parking again,"

"I felt that this was a very good service, apart from the fact that my car was very dirty when I picked it up, while it was clean when I left it wiht you. I understand that you do valet service, but i would think that you would return the car in the same order as it was left with you."

"Dropping off process ok, but up to 20 minute wait for bus. Collection slow, we arrived at collection point at 5.40pm and it took 45 minutes to get back to Airparks. When we arrived home, we noticed some damage to our car. Not a good experience overall."

"Booking was easy and straightforward. Location of Airparks Gatwick was also conveniently a short distance from the airport. Service more importantly was professional and friendly.
Lastly, we found the price paid for 3 weeks to be very reasonable.
Will definitely use Airparks Gatwick in the future."

"Overall the service was very good. Check in/out was fast, and bus service quite quick. The only negative was where to pick up the return bus. A basic map showing the pick up point would have been a great help."

"At 4 o'clock in the morning we set off to find the car park - the Satnav did not recognise the postcode, so proved to be useless. We found Charlwood Road, however, and spent over an hour travelling back and forth to Charlwood and back without ever finding the car park. In the end we dropped the car into the short stay car park at Gatwick and sent a text to a son to collect it from there a.s.a.p. So not a happy experience. Looking at the map since we returned we found that we were in the wrong Charlwood Road. Our fault really for depending on the Satnav and not looking things up more carefully before setting out.

"Very good check in experience.

The bus back from Gatwick was overfull and very claustrophobic, there idd not appear to be any air conditioning and the experince was not pleasant.

The check in/out staff were fantastic and the carpark was very easy to find."

"Outbound Fri afternoon okay - quick reception and quick move to termional. Return at 2000hrs Sunday - waiting lot longer than stated time for colection. Not thorughly impressed. Would be helpful to know where in the row vehicle was aprked - lighting not the best and wandering in dark nad rain not a lot of fun - especialy when you go the wrong way to start...."

"I used Purple Parking, (actually called AirParks) rather than Copthall which I used last time, because I knew I might have to cancel at the last minute, and Copthall's cancellation charge of 100% was excessive. Airparks charge 25%, which I still think is too much.

I was surprised that prices had risen since the summer, when I was quoted £45. I thought prices were lower in low-season, but the cheapest I found was £61 for 10 days. I couldn't book in advance in the summer, because of the uncertainty of my trip.

But the service was efficient, there's not a lot that can go wrong really, I do think all their charges are far too high."

"Good service going out for our mid afternoon flight. Coming home this morning we had to wait what seemed like a long time for the coach to arrive at Gatwick Arrivals to take us to the car park. It was 2.00 a.m. and we and everyone else who was waiting were absolutely freezing!! We just about managed to get on the coach as there were so many people waiting. Think the service would be improved if there was a lot shorter wait for the coach."

"My overall experience was quite good. The website provided good directions to the car park & I was greeted by a friendly & efficient Customer Service representative when I arrived. The only down-side I can think of is that the pick-up bus seemed to be a bit behind schedule the day I arrived back. However, when I arrived back at the Car Park, I was again met by a friendly representative & was quickly on my way home. I've been to other car parks where my car was really jammed into tight parking quarters, but at this car park there were nice, neat rows of parking & I had no problem getting my car out of the park."

"Not having used a car parking service before,I was pleasantly surprised. In just a matter of minutes, we had unloaded the car, handed in the keys and were already on the way to the terminal. The return was equally as efficient; a bus drew up as we arrived and after a short journey, my car keys were handed over immediately and the car was waiting a few seconds away, right by the exit. Airparks provided a fast,friendly and efficient service and I would definitely recommend the service and use them again."

"I think the website is very confusing as I had originally booked Purple parking and somehow when I went on line to get the directions I ended up with APH's which meant unbeknown to me I arrived at the wrong car park and ended up paying twice. I was advised by the staff at APH that this happened qhite a few times. I ended up having to pay twice as I did not have time to find the correct parking I had already paid for."
