"April '07, Gatwick.
Online booking very simple, with a fairly quick website. Some initial surprise to receive paperwork from Qpark, having expected BCP - a merger perhaps?
I think something similar happened with Courtlands a few years ago.
Dropping and collecting our car was very quick and efficient. On return we had a very quick clearance through the airport but the courtesy bus arrived very soon after we reached the pick up point. Parking staff were courteous and polite. Possibly the office area could become congested at busier times, which would mean some waiting outside."

"I was extremely impressed with the service we received from start to finish. Firstly, most of the other car parks wouoldn't allow me to book online the day of departure whereas this service did. Secondly when we arrived, the service was highly efficient - we were whisked straight off to the airport from the reception - the only two people on the bus.
On our return, we waited only a few minutes for the bus - the driver was friendly, and again, once at the carpark, we had instant service. The other point is that my car felt quite secure whereas on a previous service my car was broken into in the carpark. I would highly recommend Q park and certainly use it agin myself."

"Used this car park several times and is always hassle free and simple to use. Drivers are friendly and load baggage. Bit more expensive then others on the net, but for piece of mind of knowing where your're going all worth it. Now just need a service that drives us home as well!"

"Arriving very early morning (around 4am)I was expecting to wait around ,within 10 minutes of pulling into the car park and with bags loaded we were on our way to the North terminal.
On our return a quick phone call from the baggage area ensured our car would be ready for collection with the minimum of delay .We waited less than 3 minutes for the coach and I realise there is a large amount of luck in the time you have to wait .
Ten minutes to the car park ,in a nearly full coach .
Despite this, on arrival I was handed the keys to my car and was on my way within 10mins of arriving.
Great service ."

"Easy to find, Helpfull and friendly staff, Coach left the carpark as soon as we were ready. Phoned on return coach arrived within 5 minutes, car keys waiting when we arrived at the carpark, car was next to the exit. Excellent service well priced."

"Check in service was quick and efficient. Bus was waiting for journey to terminal. On return bus was waiting at terminal and check out was quick and efficient. Reason for choosing this car park was no additional percentage added to the fee for using a credit card, but we were very pleased with the service."

"Used your service on a couple of occasions now and I cant fault it. I got my return date wrong by a day, and had trouble in emailing from Cuba(kept getting them returned)However having made a less than 2minute call, I found my car waiting and no extra charge. Brilliant"

"I found the comparative price service provided by APC rapid and professional. I did not check the information I received but neither had I any reason to doubt its veracity. Being relatively unfamiliar with the locations of all the options and needing to arrive for a flight two hours before 8am, while it was still dark I was fortunate to be able to follow the instructions a few days before and in the light and realised that all I needed was the self confidence to follow them. The only observation I have to offer would be that the print size used for the directions might be larger, if only for the convenience of the passenger."

"Everything went very smoothly - just one minor gripe... The instructions on the ticket telling you where to go on exiting Gatwick are not as clear as they could be. Several passengers were lingering about outside not sure if they were at the right place. Your instructions say take the main EXIT. But Gatwick does not have signs for main EXIT - it has "Emergency EXIT". OK, once past that, it is clear that you cross one road and go left. Your ticket says go to "courtesy car park coaches" stand. But it is labeled Courtesy Hotel. Finally, the sign at the pick up point has a load of companies listed as using that pick-up, but NOT Q-Park. OK might be a bit picky, but in the early hours of the morning after a long journey, the brain does not work the best and could do with no confusion. Otherwise, very good."

"This is the second time we have used Q-Park BCP. On both occasions the delivery of our car and transfer to the airport went smoothly. On return however, we had to wait quite a time before a bus came to collect us. The downside is that when you phone them from the airport to announce your return, the call is automated and you cant tell whether they have received it or not; you just have to wait and hope."

"Excellent service from dropping our car off with you coach to Gatwick within five minutes of key drop.
On return called from baggage south terminal, making our way to pickup point bus was waiting to take us back to BCP, keys and car waiting on arrival."

"Overall good service. Check in and out was very quick despite high customer volume. Buses were very good but slightly longer wait than expected in both directions to/from airport. Need to ensure instructions provide enough schedule time for transfers to the airport."

"The Q-Park at Gatwick was very efficient, from when we parked, booked the car in and took the bus to the terminal, it was quick and efficient.
Likewise, landing late in the evening on a Sunday presented no problems - the car was ready on time and it took less than 5 minutes from reaching the car park to being on the road."

"We were unable to take up the 2 week parking slot as had to cancel the holiday because of family illness. However we phoned to ask for a refund and everything was dealt with promptly and easily and the refund obtained vey quickly so we would certainly use them again."
