"The drop-off and pick-up process was very quick and efficient: the facility to dial up and report that you have landed ensures that your car is at the reception point when you get back to the car park. Coaches to and from the terminal are very regular, so I didn’t have to wait for more than ten minutes on both occasions. One down-side though: my car must have been parked under some trees while I was away – It was absolutely filthy when I returned!"

"First class service. Well located. Easy to follow directions, quick turn round from parking to airport. One very minor niggle, on the return, how about giving the coach / bus stop number where you meet the transport back to the parking area."

"Brilliant service ! Drivers were polite, friendly and efficient. Buses ran regularly - only had to wait a few minutes. Directions to car park and how to use the service when we returned were all clear and simple to follow - even after a 4 hour flight with 3 kids !
Will recommend to friends and will definately use again !

"The arrival process was efficient - our car was expected all paperwork was prepared and ready. The transfer to the airport was within 15 mins.
Upon our return, the purpose of phoning the number provided on the card was not clear as this went straight through to BT call minder and the message I left did not seem to have been picked up by the time we reached the car park. Even so, the car was ready for our collection."

"Excellent! I have never used a parking service like this before, i normaly get dropped off but that was not an option this time. I thought the information & directions provided were excellent. I waited no longer than 5 mins for a coach in either direction and my car was waiting for me when i arrived back at the car park! I will definately use them again."

"Just excellent. Easy and friendly service. The courtesy coaches run frequently. It only took 5 minutes (literally) for another coach to pick us up from the airport when the previous one was full. In addition, this was one of the cheapest airport parking services available."

"We have parked with you before. It worked out ok in the end but we had quite long waits, first waiting for the coach at Gatwick South terminal and secondly at the car park as our car couldn't be found! Your friendly & helpful staff found it after a while! It took over an hour from being at bus stop to leaving the car park. Much longer than previous time. "A good price,excellent directions for finding the car park and were whisked to the airport terminal quickly.

However, on our return, there were no instructions or guidelines on where to meet the shuttle bus. We guessed the wrong bus lane and missed the first bus, but 10 minutes later the next bus arrived! Overall a good service - 4.5 out of 5. Will certainly consider using them again."

"First, you asked me to leave my keys in the car on arrival and the car open. I would have much preferred it if you had kept them behind the desk until needed and then I could have left the car locked. There are things inside which I did not wish to leave out in the open. Other customers of yours were passing continually.

Second, why don't you look at my flight numbers (which you ask for) then get the car ready when needed on return, without me having to ring you? It is totally unnecessary to ask customers to make that call - after a long trip it is the last thing you need.

Finally, on return I couldn't find the bus. I went up and down levels, and had to ask several people (most of whom told me the wrong place, though they worked at the airport) before I located it. There were no signs at all. With a heavy case and again after a tiring trip this was very unpleasant.

I would not use this service again unless it changes dramatically."

"Drop off was easy and we were on our way very quickly - however we had wanted to get the car valeted whilst away and were disappointed to be told that there no slots available: perhaps this should be part of the booking process.

On return we were not picked up as quickly as we had been previously - we waited for 25 minutes. I do not like leaving messages on answer phones and the 'phone at the pick up point switched automatically to a pre recorded message saying that the office woukld be open at 0900 - not waht you want to hear at 0630!!

Key pick up was quick and we were able to find our car easily

Howver we discovered that our car had been damaged (looked like a troley had run into the back of our car). This was handeled very well by the duty manager - although we await the final outcome.

Otherwise a simple process that went reasonably smoothly"
