"Have used 'meet & greet' on previous occasions at Gatwick and always found it so beneficial, easy and relaxing service. Our car was collected promptly and delivered back pronmtly on our return. This in spite of new ridiculous restrictions implemented at Gatwick.
Would liked to have had the car valeted, icluded in the price we paid, but we would certainly use the service & company again, inspite of this"

"Service was excellent. Driver already waiting on our arrival at Gatwick for outbound journey, even though we were about minutes earlier than we had planned.

On our return, car devlivered promptly. Sunday paper left in the car for us was a particularly nice touch.

I would definitely use this company again."

"To be honest I was very very dissappointed I have always used a meet and greet service when flying and when I booked in the past never needed to have any complaints. I never realised with your service you needed to arrange an in and out service. so when I arrived back in the uk my car was not waiting for me at the airport instead I found out after a few phone calls and my husband having a tantrum that I had to board a coach go around the airport to pick more people up then a journey of about 1 mile to retrive my card which added an hour on my journey I would have been better off paking at the airport"

"Meet and greet on outbound very good, instructions to meet and identification of rep both good.
Instructions for return slightly confusing and was given two different phone numbers to dial, one assumed, I think, that I'd also booked meet/greet facility on inbound.
But this not a major issue and directions to car park to collect car were given by second call.
Overall thought meet and greet excellent and will re-use in future."

"We were delighted with the service provided by the Meet & Greet Car Parking Service at Gatwick. We were met as arranged by your rep to take the car from us on our oiutward trip and he was courteous and efficient. The same can be said of the person who returned our car to us on our return from holiday. This is the first time we have used such a service - it was excellent and saved us alot of hassle. We would not hesitate to use your services again.

"The drop off was fine, however on our return there was an administration error which resulted in our car not being ready. We therefore had to wait about 45-60 minutes approx for our car. However,price is good value and previously we have had good service. Staff and drivers are helpful and polite."

"I paid for meet and greet both ways but on my return long haul Phoned at customs, I went to the designated pick up point after 15mins phoned again,then 10mins later,then five mins later to get told that I have not paid for both ways that I should on the coach, I explained that I had paid in full for both ways and had this confirmed in writing,he would not listen and abruttly told me again to get on a bus,We then waited for the bus and went back to the car park where we was advised by the duty manager that he only had one way when I offered the confirmation he said that he would take to head office and he could do no more, we then had to walk to the back of your car park in pouring rain with no coats and all our baggage,we were soaked through to the skin and vey cold we were not prepared for this and had no coats due to the fact that we should have had our car delivered to the airport. after a great long haul holiday we were devistated by your poor treatment. today after being soaked and frozen I am suffering from cold, I would like a full refund of my money for this poor service . "Very good as always, however the following day when I was cleaning my car I noticed a dent and scratch on the rear nearside wing, which was not there before my trip. If I had taken the time to walk around the car when it was delivered back to me at Gatwick I could have pointed this out. In future I would like a copy of the handover document that your agent completes when receiving the car, and on my return I will go over it with the agent to ensure that I spot any damage caused, by what looks like - parking too close together."

"I was extremely pleased with the meet & greet service. We arrived earlier than expected but that did not cause a problem. Our return flight was delayed as well but the staff very helpful and courteous. I have no hesitation in using this service again. I founf the daily newspaper on our return a very nice touch."

"This was an appalling experience. Having booked through the website and received an email confirmation I arrived at the agreed time of 4.30am at LGW to meet the BCP representative.

Nobody turned up. I approached a traffic warden who was on the verge of giving me a ticket and she pointed out a BCP greeter. This person had no knowledge of my booking but radioed back to the control office. They had no record either but when they realised that I had booked the previous evening ie less than 24 hours previously they stated that the booking had not been processed and I would have to find the BCP carpark myself.

I was not given any direction except that it was 'at the end of the runway'.

When I eventually received directions from someone in the NCP carpark it turned out that the BCP carpark was a good 20 minutes away. Having wasted so much time at that point I decided to cut my losses and use the NCP parking.

A disastrous and needlessly stressful start to the week's holiday."

"Poor instructions, too many brokers between the driver and the actual car park. We arrived 15 minutes early, no one to get car, no phone to call. Pick up was almost 30 minutes late so we had to drive around and around as the police kept moving us on. When the BCP agent (who was supposed to be in a black and white checked jacket only the jacket they wore was red, very confusing) picked up the car he gave us no instructions as to what to do when we came back. Somehow we lost the receipt in all the confusion. When we returned there was no one to meet us and all phone numbers that we had from email messages and the website went to an answer phone stating they were closed and did not give an emergency number to call. Cruised the airport looking for a phone number for BCP or anyone who could help us but to no avail. Finally, after 1.5 hours, we had to take a £60 taxi ride home and wait until 9am the next morning to get anyone on the phone who could give us a number. That even took awhile because we supposedly booked through a broker and BCP wanted their reference number, not the brokers. After I become very insistent, the BCP operator finally searched for my booking under my name. Then she reluctantly gave me the number of the car park. I called and the man who answered was less than helpful when I asked how I could get my car. So, my wife and I had to borrow a vehicle to drive all the way back to Gatwick to pick up our car. Never again."

"This is truly an excellent way of dropping off your car at the airport and pickup without the hassle of waiting for a bus. We decided to use this service since we had lots of luggage and a 2 year old. The extra money was worth it and ensured a relaxing start to our Holiday.

Note the car is checked for damage before being driven off.

"The Meet and Greet Parking service is absolutely fantastic. For a relatively modest premium I was able to leave my car with someone at Departures instead of faffing around with off-site parking, waiting for buses and the like. Coming back was even better as my car was reunited with me within 5 minutes of me phoning for it. Both times the person taking my car was polite and conscientious and I felt safe leaving it with them.
I'd recommend this service to anyone, especially if you have a family. The sooner you can get out of Gatwick and into your car to get the tired little kiddies home the better! Thanks Q-Park BCP, you were great."
