Absolutely dreadful service. I decided to pay extra and use the Hilton at Gatwick and the APH carpark for the week of my holiday. The price was �100 more than it would have been if I used the Holiday Inn but as a special treat to my family I thought it would be worth it. It was a terrible experience, the carpark said that I hadn't paid and the Hilton said that I had only booked one room instead of the two which I had booked and paid for. But as APH did not send me a breakdown of the carparking and hotel rooms I had booked and paid for through them I had no proof when up against an unbelieving receptionist in the the carparking and hotel reception. And to cap it all customer services at APH seem to be blaming me for their mistakes... AVOID AT ALL COSTS

The bus stop for drop-off and pick-up is a long walk to and from the departure and arrival doors. We had to wait a long time for the shuttle bus.

I've used APH on 2 separate occasions and both times I have been extremely happy with the service. The staff are really polite and the transfer drivers are really helpful ! Will 100% use APH again.

I booked parking with APH on the Internet about 10 days prior to this morning's intended flight When I entered Reception this morning at 3 minutes after 7.00 am my main concern was to confirm quickly that I was in the right place as my Check-In deadline was 08.00 hours at the North Terminal. The unsmiling formidable receptionist initial response was to assert that there was no booking for me. I told her I booked through 'Looking4Parking' whereupon she scoffed that they always use Christian names for starters disparagingly admitting eventually that I had a booking. The waiting bus I acknowledged when entering reception had by now closed its doors and left for the airport. Once I had been processed and 'directed' to place a white docket with my ignition key on the driver's seat of my vehicle, I boarded the next bus and proceeded to wait an inordinate amount of time for the driver to consider he had sufficient passengers to begin the journey. After the driver dropped off initially at the South Terminal it took a total of 54 minutes to travel the short distance from APH Snowhill, Crawley to North Terminal Gatwick. I missed my Easy Jet flight by a matter of minutes. The formidable woman seeing me return prematurely showed no concern whatsoever! I will not be using APL again and will warn my friends and contacts on the risks they take with both the unnecessarily unpleasant experience and the possible outcomes.

Very friendly and helpful drivers who helped with the luggage without being asked. Competitive price especially as I had a pre-Christmas discount. Straightforward procedure to book in.

Couldn't fault anything, quick efficient drop off and collection, no queuing. Transfer drivers so welcoming and assisted with baggage no problem at all attitude, they were a credit to the company.

This is the 2nd time we have used APH Gatwick and I have to say all of the staff are very friendly, efficient and helpful. the shuttle bus to and from the airport is very frequent and the drivers are always more than happy to help with your bags.
Will not hesitate to use them again.

I would like to recommend APH Gatwick to all. It was very professional and high-quality service starting from the office - key collection to bus service. On the way to airport bus driver helped us to put baggage inside the bus. Very polite and kind man. On the way back from the airport to parking, we had nice chat with a bus driver and as well he assisted us with baggage. it was on 28 October 2017. I wish I could remember his name...I remember his commitment to his job. Even when we stopped at the 2nd bus stop, he took his time to organize luggage trolleys on the bus stop.

Customer service throughout was excellent. The price for parking for the duration of our holiday was very reasonable. Confirmation of the booking, instructions on the day and directions to the car park were excellent. The Reception area is right next to the shuttle bus which takes you directly to the Gatwick Terminal. Customer service was swift and efficient. The shuttle bus was there to transfer us immediately. I believe the buses run approximately every 20 minutes. Our return shuttle experience again was excellent. The driver was very helpful with the luggage. I will definitely be using this company again.

We used APH for a long weekend. We opted for the transfer rather than meet and greet add it was half the price. We found the entire experience worked lime clockwork. I'd use them again

Your receptionist was very unfriendly. I had misplaced my ticket but had taken a picture of it on my phone and she abruptly said we don't accept pictures. Only when my wife came into the office she asked for our surname and registration number...after a long flight one does not need any hassle.
Apart from that the transportation was fine...coach driver very helpful.

First time using them. Has to be the fastest booking in and picking up of keys i have ever experienced. Staff very friendly and helpful.buses are good too. My only negative and its more personal really is i was nearly 3 hours delayed so I just wanted to get to my car quick. I waited about 12 mins for the bus but then it drove into the north terminal and collected a bus load adding another 15 mins to the return trip.But otherwise I was very very impressed. Bus driver helped everyone with cases always worth a tip as its a great gesture. Would I use again??? Very likely as great value and speed to airport was good about 12 mins !!

Brilliant experience from start to finish, arrived back at 2am lots of buses still running, car was ready and waiting, literally less than 5 mins after arriving we were heading home.
So impressed we have booked again for our next trip, without shopping around for prices.

APH Gatwick make airport parking really simple. We dropped off our car keys and within 15 minutes we were at the airport ready to check in. On our return once we had landed we were asked to text a reference ID to a mobile number so that our car could be prepared for collection, we did this and collected our keys from reception with no problems. The whole experience was quick and well polished.

I parked my car at Birmingham Airport APH and when I came back there were scratches all over my car and the rear bumper was clearly crashed against another car or something else and when I complained they told me I should take it to my insurance company. Never leave my car here again. if you park your car here make sure you take pictures beforehand.

Had I known how far away from the North Terminal this parking was - I certainly would not have booked it. 12 - 15mins was how it was described but even at 1am with no traffic at all and a clear run it was 20 mins - and even longer on the way in when we went via the South Terminal. It was not until I had booked and paid that the map came up telling me where it was.
We were also sat on the bus for 10 mins at 1am on our return journey with a grumpy, non-communicative driver before setting off.
When I realised how far it was on arrival to drop off the car, I politely asked the receptionist lady if we could pay more money and arrange for the car to be dropped at the North terminal pick up when we returned. I received a rather curt negative response rather than a helpful explanation that APH do not do that any more.
Needless to say, we will not use this APH again.

Excellent quick service. Someone took our case from the bus leaving theirs when we arrived and the driver could not have been more helpful or calming. We got it back from the couple after 20 mins in the airport (it was a completely different colour from theirs - well done Mr & Mrs Small!). Easy check-in/ out at the car park. Would definitely use again.

I was surprised at how thoroughly unpleasant the office staff at Gatwick are to deal with.
If they don't like their jobs or APH clients then suggest they go elsewhere for work.
I for one will not be going back as a result of my experiences with these people.

We have used APH at Gatwick several times and always found them to be very helpful. Bus drivers have always been friendly and helpful with our luggage. Also we have never had to wait more than a few minutes for the bus to or from the airport. Recently come back from holiday to find a problem with our car for which we had to call out Green Flag. APH staff were so helpful to us and kept us going with cups of tea whilst we had to wait the 3 or 4 hours for our car to be fixed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

This is an appalling service.
I spent about 45 minutes trying to find the Car Park. My Mercedes Sat Nav could not find it despite following exact instructions entering the full address.
Had to go to Long Term Car Park at Gatwick and almost missed the flight.
People at Gatwick hand out written instructions as they frequently hear that the car park cannot be found.
I would strongly discourage people from using APH Gatwick

My friend left her 7 seater van there last week and she's just discovered the spare tyre underneath is missing. It was there the week previous as she had the car thoroughly checked for a valuation at a VW garage.
Hopefully APH wil look into it asap as they have said they will. CCTV etc. It was left there from the 22-26th August.

This was the first time I've ever used APH, but would definitely use again! Staff are very friendly and helpful. The process is quick and easy! We walked straight out of the airport and the shuttle bus was waiting, got to APH and was in my car within minutes!
Could not recommend highly enough!
