For a very competitive price, we were met in a convenient place right at the terminal at Gatwick within 20 minutes of arriving both ways. The drivers were friendly and professional, although I would advise you to reiterate to them clearly if you have a high sided vehicle as one driver tried to enter the car park which had a height limit lower than our vehicle!"September 6, 2014
"Skyparksecure were an excellent choice. We haven't left the car at the airport before and weren't sure what to expect. The drivers and phone staff were professional courteous and very helpful!
I had given them the wrong car reg and phoned from the airport to change it, it couldn't have been easier the driver was already on the level looking for us and it was fine!
We had only just got up to the exchange level and our car and driver arrived very promptly!

"Not very good. When I arrived the valet attendant wasn't there. The meeting spot is on the roof of a carpark meaning I had to lug all my kit down lifts. There were no trollies anywhere. They chipped my car and I hadn't noticed it when they brought it back.

"Do not use Sky Park. We just used their meet and greet service from Gatwick and it was definitely not meet and greet. We had to drive to a short stay car park, take a ticket at the barrier and then wait for someone to meet us. This was not too bad but the return pick up was awful. After a 10 hour night flight we had to ring 3 times to find out where they were, the drivers were scruffy and did not speak a word of English. We then had to pay £3 to get out of the car park - never had to do that with meet and greet before. On complaining when we got home, Sky Park passed the complaint directly to the car park who again were worse than useless and no apology."March 6, 2014

"BE VERY AWARE --- i have used this service many times and found it to be very good BUT this time had my Tom Tom and several other items stolen from the car. So they employ a thief. after phoning 20 minutes minutes prior to the allocated pick up time of 05:00. I arrived at the drop off point a few minutes before that time. I had to wait another 15 minutes plus for your employee. At approximately 05:20 The collecting driver approached me and another man who ranted at me for being late, I had already unloaded the car and my wife had taken our luggage up into the airport and was waiting for me at check in. For any member of staff to to address a customer in the manner I was spoken to is disgraceful, irrespective of who was to blame.
and that person should learn how to deal with customers respectfully at ALL times.
That said I was very pleased with the proceedure on returning my vehicle a week later when I returned from my trip. The returning driver was most courteous."

Return service was not so good - we were told to be outside (it was -4deg) waiting for the car it would be a maximum of 15-20 minutes and if we were not there the car would be moved on! We waited over 30 minutes in freezing cold temperatures, to be told the car needed defrosting! (i know my car only takes 3-4 minutes to defrost!) I have a son with severe learning disabilities and I always use a meet and greet service for the very reason we do not have to struggle with buses and car park locations away from the airport. An informative phone call to say - 'sorry it is going to take us longer this morning due to adverse weather' would have been acceptable and we could have treated ourselves to a warming coffee in the warm environment of the airport building - incidentally - It now takes only 5 minutes to get from the arrivals to the lower floor due to the lift improvements. It is teh worst mmet and greet service I have used to date. Sorry!"
