"In practice, Meet and Greet worked fine although we had to wait five mintues on departure but having telephoned from the baggage claim, the car was there to meet us. In admin terms the ACE office need to understand about code share flights. We had booked through Virgin but the flight was actually Continental and ACE did not want to believe us when we said North terminal since Virgin fly from South. There was also some counfusion about our arrival time but the car was waiting for us when we came out.
Generally, this is the hassle free way of doing it for only a couple of pounds more. We were flying with some friends and having recommended it to them they also used the service. I have also recommended it on the basis of reduced hassle to my daughter and her husband when they go skiing later with their one-year old daughter."

"The amount of hassle and time saved for a few extra pounds was well worthwhile. The service was exemplary - they were polite, prompt and efficient. The only down side is the nervous feeling of handing your car keys to a stranger! I would definitely use them again."January 13, 2008
"I would like to highly recommend ACE Meet & Greet. They were extremely helpful when my car broke down as I met them at the airport. As I had a plane to catch they arranged for the vehicle to be towed to their offices and liaised with RAC for me. "I booked the ACE Meet & Greet service from Gatwick for the first time. I followed their instructions to call 20mins before arrival and their driver was there to collect our car when we arrived. On return to the UK I followed their procedure and called from the baggage hall when bags had been collected. 20mins later as per there agreement the car arrived outside arrivals. "There was some confusion on our outbound journey. We rang 20 minutes before arriving at Gatwick and were told to ring again when we arrived. We did this but the person answering the phone was not expecting our call and we had to wait a further 20 minutes before someone came to collect our car. The homeward journey was a lot smoother and we only had to wait 5 minutes from arriving at the pick up point."January 6, 2008

"They did exactly what they said they would. They were there to collect the car from us at the time agreed and off we went. Having forgotten that we actually landed the day after we took off, we phoned as requested, and the car was still with us as we got to the allocated place. On our return our flight was delayed by 35 minutes but I called as soon as I reached passport control as I had no hold luggage and the car was waiting for me when I got the the designated place. "This was a professional service. I was met at the arrival time I had specified and the car was returned just within the 20 minutes promised from collecting my luggage, even though my flight had been delayed. The staff were friendly and polite. If I could suggest a slight improvement, I did ring as I got off the plane to say that I would be ready in 20 minutes but was asked to ring back when I had my bags. "Had difficulty in calling to arrange to meet for departue as the number given was on divert to an answerphone. When rep arrived I did not get a receipt for the car or any documentation which was a little concerning. On return service was excellent in that the rep called at the time we were due to have arrived which coincided with us collecting our baggage and the car was returned within a few minutes."December 9, 2007
"This was the first time that I used the meet and greet service, and I would definitely use it again. Luxury service and not too much a premium. There was a slight confusion over names (I booked 2 cars under different names however they were both reserved under the same name) which resulted in a slight delay at drop off (10 mins), collection was good without any issues and as promised. Drivers were friendly and courteous.
Would I use this service again..... without a doubt!

"Compared to other Meet & Greet companies we've used this has been to date the best experience. Previously it's been a waste of time and money as the car collection and drop off has taken so long it would have been quicker to book normal parking and use the shuttle bus. "The actual drop off and pick up went fine but we had a puncture in the front right tyre very soon after leaving the airport and then noticed that the near side wheels were filthy with mud and the hub cap broken. We wondered where the car had been kept! Any ideas??"November 17, 2007
"Outgoing collection was not a speedy as aniticpated. Could not understand the driver when phoned through and had to try four times.
Inbound - phoned from baggage hall and waited 15 mins as indicated in instructions."

"The instructions for meeting the driver were not clear. they seem to have been drafted before the new restrictions came into force after the Glasgow Airport bombing attempt.
