"Very good except that ticket would not go into machine at exit - apparently the machine had jammed. Office called up and speedy exit thereafter but still a bit of a pain at midnight after a long day's travel."

"Overall the experience was a good one. However, we arrived back to the airport at 1.30 am in the morning and had some difficulty identifying which of the many bus stops was our one. A large ,easily- read sign would have been useful.. The bus driver was helpful."

"The arrangements worked very well except that my satnav seemed rather confused by the post code given on the confirmation sheet. I used the written directions and they worked okay.
The pick up went ell although our flight was delayed and did not arrive till midnight, the bus was still running."

"Competitive price wise BUT hassle getting in - they didn't recognise me on entry. Service attendant eventually sorted. On leaving more hassle - a charge for £160 came up!! Again Service attendant resolved but not as smooth as other Edinburgh airport carparks in the past who recognised my existance!"

"Far too expensive even when bought the day before online. Not surprised vast numbers of empty spaces (at 5.30am in a Friday). If i were a shareholder of the ownering company I would be concerned about the pricing policy. Scotpark NCO only 45% of the price."

"Used this parking on numerious occassions cant really fault it. The only comment was instead first bus stop it is now tenth although it wont stop me using parking it was alway nice to be in first parking bay and set your service above competition"

"Absolutely no problems or complications arriving (complete with a personalised welcome message at the entry barrier!), courtesy coach to terminal arrived within a couple of minutes and the only slight down was the rather extended walk from the bus stop to the terminal itself. On return, apart from a sudden snowstorm (hardly the fault of EDI,) everything went equally smoothly. But, oh dear, that walk! If the bus from Ferrytoll to the airport can have a stop directly outside the terminal, why can't the courtesy coach?"

"This parking option was the best for us. It was close to the airport and when purchased in advance was very reasonable. Our return flight was cancelled, thus we were a full day late on our return. The attendant (via the buzzer) looked up our reservation and sent us through. The hardest part was remembering where we'd parked our car. Thanks so much. We will definitely use this parking location again."

"I found the Long Stay Carpark easy to use. We were picked up quickly by the connection bus on both legs of our journey. The transfer time itself is very short. I had pre-booked and pre-paid and the automated number plate recognition sytem worked well both on arriving at the entry barriers and on leaving. Totally hassle free. I'd recommend this service to anyone."

"Very good service , easy to book and reasonable price too. Checking your car in could not be simpler Then park the car make note of parking bay number, a bus collects you takes you to the airport. When you return catch the bus get off at your car parking bay, to drive out simply insert the ticket at the barrier , it opens then off home. Very easy to use thank you"

"A bit disorientated on arrival with various areas blocked off. Area usually park in unavailable . On return could not find car, but after 1 and a half hours called help and after a delay very helpful and patient gentleman from company helped me relocate my car. Previously a younger employee had voluntary helped out and drove me to control office. I was then sent to pick up point 5 but had to call a second time before help arrived promptly. Grateful for help in relocating car. Yours, BPMoore"

"Good car park, very near to the airport and frequent bus service. Quite a distance to walk to the airport entrance but not the fault of the car park, all buses stop at the same place, just a bit of a trek. Unfortunately my car was damaged while at the car park, I noticed it the day after I returned, a dent on the off side wheel arch and a 10 inch scrape along from the dent, it looks as though it has been hit by a trolley suitcase or something similar. I called the car park and spoke to an employee (Hamilton I think his name was), he could not have been more helpful. Although there was nothing obvious to be seen on the camera, he tried hard to help and even called me back to explain, first class customer care and I will definitely use them and Purple Parking, again."

"No email confirmation ever received in spite of three requests.
Most unhelpful when I tried to cancel.
Unable to exit carpark on return and had to pay £154 to get out (which was refunded promptly and graciously).
I do not anticipate using purple parking again."
