"I was very dissappointed to find that I had been sent to the furthest car park from the airport when there were hundreds of spaces much nearer in the mid term car parks. As I was only away 3 days the inconvenience of waiting each end for the bus rather than being able to quickly walk to the terminal was to say the least annoying."

"Although it would cost me £5-00 more than the car park at Donnington, I chose your long term car park 7 as I knew that I would be parking my own car. On arriving at the car park I was asked to leave the car and the keys and have my car parked for me. I declined the offer and parked where I was able to do so myself. The reason I chose to do this was in the hope that anyone parking their car adjacent to mine would value theirs as much as I value mine. I am not accusing your staff of being uncaring when parking the cars but I collected too many scuffs and dents when leaving it at Donnington, and I could see how tightly together they parked them.
The only critisism I have of your cark park 7 is the large limestone chips spreading along the tarmac surfaces. As the level of the chips is slightly lower than the surfaced areas between them it requires additional revving of the engine to 'climb out' of the dip. It looks as if spinning of wheels is causing the loose surface to move and I had a piece of it resting on my roof!"

"The arrival at the long stay car park No 7 started badly as having parked the car in a bay close to the office we were then told to park it in the furthest part (JKL area) as we were spending 3 days out of the country. There was confusion in reading notices in the office about handing over of the car keys. This I was not prepared to do and when asked for my prepaid reservation paperwork I was assured there was no need to hand over the car keys. We waited for the bus to arrive at the bus stop in the cold wind as the bus shelter was inadequate for the number of people waiting. The journey to and from the airport terminal was OK but the bus entrance into where the carpark 7 office is located was obstructed by barriers so he drove round to the next compound where everybody got off. We had then to walk round to KLM area in the next compound and when wishing to drive out to go through the barrier we had to ask the bus driver to remove one of the barriers."

"We found the directions to the Long Stay 76 car park very easy to follow. The bus was waiting when we got there so that was very convenient. We had to wait about 10 minutes on the return bur that didn't cause a peoblem. Very good service and not too expensive. Well Done

"I have previously used Airparks, but as I booked late this time they were full. As I am a pensioner I have to go for the cheapest option so I was happy with the price.
They have changed their system and have started up a new reception building out at the parking. They were a little bit slow checking in, but possibly as staff are getting used to the new computer system. The bus was there waiting and the driver helped everybody on with the bags.
Coming back, the bus was waiting when we came out of customs and the driver waited until he was sure he had all the passengers from the flight. He also insisted on putting everyones bags on the bus. Definitely a plus.
I would use this service again. Thanks"

"On arrival at car park 7 I parked the car and made my way to pick-up station, the bus was there in minutes. On arrival back at East Midlands I made my way to the kiosk, my ticked was authorised and the bus was waiting at the stop. I arrived at the airport at 18.00hrs and was in may car at 18.25hrs - good job."

"Two bad points about using car park 7
1/ Cars are left totally at owners risk i.e. there is only a patrol security every so often (so they say), so it can be a worry if you are parking an expensive car

2/ Car park 7 is so far from the airport terminal, that there is no advantage in parking at the airport

Airparks just outside the airport offers secure parking, equally as good transfer to and from the terminal and is £1 50p /day cheaper"

"The park was clearly signposted and so was easy to find. Instructions on how to use the park were clear and simple. After I had parked my car I was picked up within a few minutes and transferred to right outside the departure lounge. On returning after my trip my parking ticket was validated immediately and again I was transferred inside five minutes. Very well organised and completely hassle free. 10 out of 10."

"Easy to get to with a frequent bus connection service. However the ticket payment procedure was disorganised and ridiculous. My friends who didn't book in advance just put their ticket in the machine, paid and went. We had to queue for 20 minutes at 2am in the rain for some guy to type the code into his computer and validate the ticket. Not what you want to be dealing with after an international flight at all."

"Had no probelms with the car park although it was a bit of a distance away from the airport, more than expected. Te buses were very good. The car park it self was vey poor. The surface was not very good and the road ways on which you wlak made it difficult to walk on because of the loose stones from the parking area. On the return journey we were extreemly disappointed when speaking to another couple to find they had booked the same car park for one day longer than us and it had cost them half the price, This was proved when they showed their documentation to us. They actually booked through Manchester airoports ONline service. I will obviously be looking around and passing this information on to others I know through busniness and friends in general"

"My family and I use Car Park 7 at East Midlands Airport on a regular basis. The service is excellent, staff are always helpful and curtious.Fair pricing, however, discounts would be appreciated for regular users. The web site for car park 7 could be easier to fnd without going through all the other car park offers."

"Thank you for your interest. In fact the experience was
not very good as there seems to be an insufficiency of buses and it took about 45 minutes to get back to the airport. Then the security was very slow and we only just got our Ryanair flight. The return yesterday was no better and I counted thirty people waiting for the bus - then two came at one! It is the Prestige parking for me again next time!"

"well signposted. Bus driver told us how to use our booking reference and developed a good rappiort with us. Buses both ways were timely with no waiting. uses were clean. The car park was well signposted and we had no difficulty in finding the car after a week in egypt!!!
Car was in one piece!!!

The bus driver is helpful to me.
When I back to UK, I lost my parking booking reference number. The parking stuff checked my booking reference on list, then he gently help me."

"Vey good service, no problem with the booking. We left our voucher in germany and on arrival at East Midlands we received professional help in leaving the airport car park without these documents.

If any fault the location, but the service to the parking point was quick and the personnel very helpful."

"Very good service, internet booking went smoothly and directions/instructions were clear. Arrived 7pm on a Friday night and there appeared to be plently of spaces. There was a transfer bus to collect me within 2 minutes of my wait at the pick up point. On return at around 10pm at night there was no problems with validating my ticket and there was a transfer coach waiting for us outside departures. Great experience. Am unsure about value for money as I do not use this kind of service often so I am not in a position to compare."

"Slightly more distant from airport than envisaged especially as I was trying to get in to the Medium stay car park when booking. No personnel about and thought security wise it felt vunerable. I did not see any CCTV cameras ? I assume the car park was protected!
Bus pick up point at airport on my return was not very well sign posted."

"Good experience, I flew on our company jet which has a hangar located next to car park 7 , the only problem on the return was having to go back to the terminal to validate my ticket, I know this is an unusual practice for most but if somehow the ticket could be validated without having to seek out the office that would be very helpful, otherwise first class"

"I booked car park 7 for 4 days over the internet. When I got to the airport I realised car park 7 was much further than I had expected. It would have been useful to make this fact clear on the website. However once I had parked my car, I found the bus shuttle service to the airport and back to the car park very efficient."
