"For me this was excellent, this is exactly what I want what I park at airport. its simple. collect ticket, park car, get bus to airport, which are every 10 mins, when return validate ticket, which took 10 seconds outside airport, get bus back , drive off.
There's no ringing for buses, no going through paperwork for 30 mins , its brilliant"

"Basically OK.
I was uncertain of what to do when I arrived - did I have to book in - where could I park in car park 7 - how long would it take to park and get to the Check in?
It proved to be very straightforward. The bus to and from the carpark/airport was frequent and fast."

"Disappointed! Inspite of booking there was no room in Long Stay 7 (although various signs said there were!) and we had to go on to Intermiate stay with the agreement of the guy in the office. We will go back to Prestige as I only booked you by mistake to be honest. had the experience been good I might have been tempted by the slightly cheaper prices but not after the hassle!"

"Car park was well signposted, although once there it was very hard to find a space. There were several of us driving up & down the rows. No problems with coach."

"overall i found the service and staff very good,easy to find etc.The only fault if you could call it one its a fair distance from the terminal if your running late,would mark it 8.5/10."

"The return bus to the car park did not run every 20 minutes and as a consequence we were left waiting in the rain for a period of time in the early hours of sunday morning. The check in was a little slow as only one member of staff was on. it is not the best parking experience i have had at east mids."

"Found car park excellent easy to book online and simpicity of just putting voucher in barrier slot is convenient although it would be simpler to to be able to put in credit or debit card that was used on the booking rather than having to queue at the MAAS desk in the rain to have the voucher confirmed this is possible as ive used car parking which has this facility. One of thr most important aspects is not having to leave my car keys which is a must and would never use a car park which used this method

"Decent price. Even the furthest No.7 Car Park is still within a 5 minutes drive from the airport. Very easy to use, all questions answered. Bus drivers very helpful and waiting for everyone to board!"

"I booked late and was pleased to find a car park. On the day however it was hard to park because available spaces were so narrow and I spent about 25 minutes finding a space I could get into and open the car door!. Some of the narrow spaces were due to bad parking but many were due to big cars in small spaces. My car is a volvo V50. Otherwise I was happy with the service given. I had left my ref # in the car so when I went to get my ticket validated I was told how to use the assistance needed button to exit. This advice was given in a very nice manner which I appreciated."

"After parking the car - a bus arrived. Our return flight landed at 11.30pm so we were very relieved that we did not have to wait any length of time for a bus to take us to the car park. No waiting around, this makes a difference."

"We had no problems with the parking as such. However we felt we waited too long for the connection bus to the terminal on the outward journey, especially as we could see the bus parked for 10 minutes for no reason only 150 yards across the parking lot.
However we will use your sevice again for our holiday later this year"

"system fine - easy to follow - ground a little rough when struggling with a wheeled case -good natured man at desk when checking back inspite of difficult customers in front of me also helpful driver on return journey - good value for money - will use service again"

"Didn't realise it was a 'managed' car park.So had to queue and do paper work, and give personal details, which had already been submitted online. I forgot my paperwork and they couldn't process me without it - luckily my husband had the document, so had to go back to the terminal and get it. Bus was delayed leaving as someone had put their luggage on the bus while their partner was in the queue to register - about 10 mins wait. Staff courteous and helpful, but service not efficient. Had to leave car key with them. This was not indicated on the web - not good enough!"

"Booked on-line in advance. Arrived and was told I had to leave car keys. Reluctant to do this as last time I left keys at an airport my car was damaged. Was told this was in terms and conditions when I booked but staff couldn't find it anywhere. Was also leaving some personal possessions in car. Car also has rotary engine requiring special attention when running for very short times. Was also told the alternative was to move car to another car-park a long way away. So left the keys. Some confusion on airport coach as some people had been given parking receipts and some hadn't.
On return, asked again about requirement to leave keys and where other car-park was. Was told I could have parked car myself in adjacent block within same compound and taken keys away.
Left hand doesn't know what the right hand's doing. Get your act together."

"A lot cheaper than staying on the main site...but you actually get to stay on the main site!! On arrival the shuttle bus driver was very helpful in explaining how and where to get the ticket validated for exit and asked us to remember our bus stop colour/number for when we returned to ensure we got off in the right area of the car park. Useful when its dark and there are hundreds of cars. Buses were clean and we didn't wait no more than a couple of mins each time. Would use again."

"Delighted - Surface a bit bumpy for wheeling cases but the service offered was brilliant. The bus drivers were the most obliging ever in spotting people arriving and waiting for them. Will definitely use again."

"Easy to book online, and also phone bookings are dealt with promptly and efficiently.Car park easy to find, very little time to wait for shuttle. Drivers friendly and helpful. My last flight was delayed, but I wasn't charged extra which I appreciated.I will use the sevice again."

"I had a possitive hassle free experience using Car Park 7 at Eat Midlands Airport.

I found the car park easy to find checking in via the barrier was hassle free and again leaving was glitch free despite our return flight being over due.

The buses seemed frequent enough (well I only had to wait 5 minutes on my return trip).

On the whole a good experience, I will use the car park again.

"We recently left our car at the long stay car park 7 at East Midlands Airport. The service was excellent, in particular the male receptionist was extremely professional and helpful and the whole process only took a few minutes and a bus was available immediately to take us to the airport, just a short ride away; similarly on our return home. Many thanks"

"Car Park 7 is a long way past the airport but the bus service to the airport was ok. However, the return was more troublesome. Any signage at the airport to the MAAS service desk was not visible to us, the instructions were not clear as to the desk we were supposed to go to and the directions to the longstay bus were very poor. The bus also picks up from Departures! I suspect most people arrive with their baggage at Arrivals so this would seem to be more convenient. The drop off in the car park was at bus stop 1 - we didn't see anything indicating that the stops were numbered. All in all, quite confusing and unnecessarily so. However, we only wasted about 5-10 minutes so not the end of the world."

"Booking is easy either by telephone or on the internet. Prices are very competitive. Only drawback is frequency of buses 9not oftern enough) between carpark and terminal and luggage issues. If you have a number of cases, it is much easier to drop off luggage and other family members in short term carpark, without cost, before driving to the long term carpark. Space for luggage can be limited on buses. Equally on return it is easier to leave luggage and other family members in short term carpark and fetch car alone. Pick-up/drop off arrangements in short term carpark could be improved to make this better still.Whilst space is provided, it is not easy to reach when pushing loaded trolleys!"

"We used East Midlands Long Stay 7 Car Park from 12th to 19th May, 2007. Our outbound flight was at 7.15 a.m. so we arrived early at the Car Park. (About 4.45 a.m.) - unfortunatley we had to wait over 20 minutes for a transfer bus, which, when it did arrive, was overloaded with too many people and cases, but we got to the airport OK and in time - but it did add to the stress of getting there. In contrast, on our return the service was faultless. I think the outward problem was just a blip and would thoroughly recommend the service."
