"Very easy to find, parking no problem but found cars parked at funny angles so made it a bit difficult to park and open doors easy. Reasonably priced."

"The long stay car park was good the only drawback being that it is quite a distance from the airport terminal and the bus only runs every 20 minutes. We have used the medium stay car park before which is just a two minute walk away from the terminal and is very convenient. However the staff were friendly and our car was brought up to the reception area when our flight was due to land so it was ready for us when we got back. I would use the car park again."

"car parking fine - vehicles fine - for those of us that are too excited about our hols the man letting you in and giving directions could inform people to take not of colour and section of car park - also would help if there were gates between the two parts of the car park for those weary travellers who have had a huge delay and got off in the wrong colour area."

"The car park was easy to find but was very full with cars parked on the verges causing obstruction owing to lack of available spaces. It seemed to me that more bookings had been taken than there were spaces for. We did eventually find a space but had to drive up and down a fair number of lanes.
Bus transfer was fine didn't have to wait long in either direction."

"Excellent service all round. Easily and efficiently booked online. Directions provided to the airport were very clear, so we arrived earlier than anticipated! The staff who dealt with us on arrival were extremely polite, helpful and cheery .....it was 5 A.M.!! Shuttle service was hassle free. When we arrived back from holiday we had a repeat performance. I would have no hesitation in recommending your service at East Midlands."

"arrived at the long stay car park as instructed at 6am only to be told it was full.i was redirected to different car park. on return i had some difficulty explaining via the intercom that i had already paid to park albeit at a differnt car park.i will use your service again."

"We had no difficulty finding the car park and the bus transfers were fairly easy. The bus on our return filled very quickly.(It seemed that alot of flights arrived together)
The drivers were very helpful and polite.
The car park surface was a bit rough with large stones and the through fare was partially blocked by cars not parked in designated bays."

"We found the parking to be easy and convenient. The bus was there and waiting each time we used it and we weren't kept waiting for too long before it moved off (we were the only ones on it on our return) The only critisism that I have is that the office outside in the short stay carpark should have a more prominent sign as we weren't sure where to go."

"On entering the car part we were directed to the medium term car park which was fine. The only criticism I had was to do with the length of the walk (in the rain) between the car park and departures. Otherwise, no problems.

First time using the airport - small, friendly and certainly less hassle than Heathrow, Gatwick or even Birmingham."

"This is the second time I have used your Long Stay Carpark facilities and I have been very pleased both times. The bus service to the airport and back was efficient. It is very reasuring when you go away to know that your car will be there when you return making your journey home from thr airport the end to a perfect holiday."

"We parked in car park 7 and although it is a long way from the terminal, we only waited a maximum of 10 minutes before a bus arrived. Rather than having to snake your way through the airport grounds on arrival, it would be easier for users of this car park to be directed past the main airport entrance to the roundabout on the A453 nearest the car park."

"Good car park - even though it is quite a way from the terminal, the buses are so regular that you are never waiting for longer than five minutes, regardless of the time that you depart/arrive"

"A couple of observations to enhance speed of entry/exit and safety. First of all, drivers were using front door only for new passengers which is smaller than the middle door and I presume this is to allow the larger door for passengers to alight thus allowing the two operations to be simultaneous. If this is the case a notice should indicate this requirement. Second of all, people tend to hover around their baggage instead of sitting down which makes it difficult for others to get to and collect their bags. This can be annoying and is also dangerous as no matter how good the driver is there could be unforeseen need to brake sharply!"

"we were impressed with this service, it was the first time we had used it.The bus drivers were very friendly and helpful which we liked. On our arrival home a bus was waiting outside departures and swiftly took us to the car we were tired after a night flight. The only small hiccup was how to get out the car park, we had took card from the m/c on entry and thought this would put the barrier up, but we had to talk over the 'telecom' and give our reference no off our booking form (which we had put in the boot).
After some thought my husband thought this was a good
added security measure (wish we had the paperwork in the car tho'). We would highly recommed 'Cark Park 7'
long stay and would not hesitate to using it again."
