"Very convenient as close to the airport - just 5-10 minutes away from the terminals. As others have said, just be careful with your satnav directions as the postcode takes you to another car park as well. The car park itself is a reasonable size with many spaces. But that's all it is, a car park - don't expect to see any people or a reception/office. You just park up and hop on a bus. It's a regular and reliable bus service. However, another word of warning, make sure you get on the right bus coming back to the car park. The buses going to the different JetPark car parks are not clearly parked - and there is also a similar-sounding JetPark 1 Long-Stay. It can be confusing, especially for first-time users."

"This is a very good service. Car park easy to find, NPR was working well both for entry and exit. The shuttle bus service is frequent and gives a quick delivery to and from the airport.
Very competitive price for 2 weeks parking.
We had a problem with a flat battery on return and the exit communication button was answered straight away so that the breakdown service could get to us in the car park.
My only gripe is the thick gravel in the parking slots. It was impossible to run a suitcase over this and we struggled to get the car out of its parking slot due to wheel spin over this gravel."

"This was our first ever flight from EM Airport and was really looking forward to doing so. The journey to the airport travelling south on the M1 was the first problem caused ,as usual, by the incompetent Highways Agency. We were looking to exit at Junction 24 but missed it due to no sign indicating Junction 24 due to roadworks. We found ourselves travelling south on the A42 nearly reaching Ashby de la Zouch. Jet Parks 1 was eventually found by the back roads approaching from the opposite intended direction. Returning home the barrier at Jet Parks 1 refused to open when I approached . I reversed back and forth several times and still my car was not recognised. I eventually made contact for help and even they had difficulty raising the barrier for me to escape. This caused me a delay of 10 minutes and losing contact with other family members in the car which left the car park just before me. On commencing my journey on the A453 I soon encountered Road Closed signs and followed the diversion signs. They caused me unbelievable pressure as we were totally lost in the country roads of Leicestershire and Nottinghamshire before finding ourselves on the Nottingham ringroad. Eventually I found escape to the M1 junction 26 and proceeded north and home. My journey took 2 hours instead of the usual 1hour and an extra 35 miles. I would remind you that most of this disaster happened in the middle of the night in total darkness. My daughter, in the other car, ignored the diversion signs after all and experienced no problems. You can always depend on the overpaid and incompetent Highways Agency to cause travellers whatever inconvenience they can and they certainly succeeded on this occasion. Unfortunately these events will cause me to seriously reconsider using EM Airport again in the future."

"I always find East Midland a convenient and less crowded airport and the parking equally so. The process to park your car is relatively simple with spaces available and buses arriving to schedule and not after an extended wait. It would certainly encourage me to use the same airport parking again."

"Thank you for the opportunity to leave this feedback.
Booking was easy and straightforward.
However upon arrival a mechanic was working on the entry machine and the car recognition system was not in operation. The mechanic was unable to rectify the problem and the machine would not provide a ticket. This process took around 15 minutes causing some distress as time was in short measure. (our fault)
The mechanic said that if we had problems upon exit then we were to press the communication button and quote our reference code.
Our flight had been delayed due to a French air traffic strike and we arrived back to East Mid at 4 am.
The bus arrived without issue but when we tried to leave we were unable to raise the barrier. The communication button was ringing but no one was answering. We were understandably tired and did not need any stress. The barrier raised after what seemed like a lifetime but in reality was around 5 minutes and we were on our way.
My wife and I have used your facilities several times before without issue but concerned that if this is more than a glitch then we would have to look at other arrangements.
We look forward to your comments and reassurance.

"I booked through Purple Parking and had to extend my booking by a week due to my father passing away. I was sent an email from Purple Parking to say that I would need to call the Airport parking team when I arrived back and they would let me through the car park barrier. There was no mention of a charge or any sympathy in the email. I have just rang the Aiport parking team as I was conserned with the email I had recieved from Purple Parking. I was told that I will have to pay £7+ daily charge for the extra days when leaving the car park. I was also told that Purple Parking had made no notes on my booking reference. I feel that this is not good customer care and won't be using the services again."

"Having previously finished up stuck in a one way system, in front of the wrong car park barrier,this year we still had to turn round on the A453 back to the air port before the first mention of Jet Parks1 on the road signs. The quoted post code is insufficient for finding long stay car parks.

This apart, the remaining drop off & return to our car was excellent. The bus waited for us at the stop on arrival, & signs to the bus after picking up our luggage, on return were greatly improved this year. Again a bus was waiting, & we were on our way 15min. after landing. Full marks!"
