"It states 'on demand transfers' on its site but despite giving them 3 hours notice, and alerting them to the fact I had an 11-year old boy with me who'd just cycled 120 miles, they said they couldn't give us a transfer, and stopped responding to emails. Appalling customer service and a complete dereliction of professional duty. Avoid at all costs."
