We were taken by shuttle bus to the departures and on return the same to pick up the car. The keys were handed to us, the procedurte took no more than 2 mins.
We will use the silver zone service again that's for sure."

"easily signposted from the M5 so no problem to find at all. Courteous staff on hand to help and bus ready and waiting to take you to the airport. "The booking in and collection for booking in was good, however the retrieval of the car was poor. My car was a long way from the office where I collected the keys for my car and there didn't appear to be a bus to take me to it, so I had to walk a long distance across fairly uneven surface, in poor lighting to recover my car. On driving back to collect my wife from the shelter near the office, I noticed a bus driving round full of car parking staff. Maybe the bus should be available for customers first. I will consider seeking alternative arrangements in the future as I didn't think there was muh Silverin the service."June 8, 2007

"An absolutely 5 Star service.
From dropping the car off at 5am with three operators getting through a large queue in minutes : a regular quick shuttle service : to returning at 7pm at night 7 days later to find the car moved to a spot with as short a walk as possible from the centre allowing us to clear the airport within 15 minutes of collecting our bags.
Will never use any other service."
"This is the 2nd time I have used Silverzone Bristol car park and would highly recommend them. Its easy to find with good signs on the road.The shuttle bus is quick and easy to use and right outside the door of reception. The staff are pleasant and efficient and very helpful as on return I had a flat battery and within minutes the man came and started my car! Cant be faulted!!!

"I have used Silverzone before at quiet times of the year and been very pleased with the service, but not this time. I would guess they are not able to cope with the holiday peak. We were running a little late when we arrived at the car park and were amazed that the reception car park was full and so was the overflow car park. We wasted valuable time driving around trying to find somewhere to park. no one came to help us or direct us to where spaces were. Once we parked I could only get out of the car through the passenger door because the space was so tight. we had to walk quite away and then queue to book the car in. The shuttle bus was full, people were crammed in so much luggage was being fed into the bus over peoples heads and the doors would not close as more people came in. We were all crammed up together. If we had not cuaght this bus which seemed to be the only one we would have been late for checkin. As it was we only got there 2 minutes before the desk was closed. A dreadful experience. When we returned we had to wait 15 minutes for a bus outside in the cold, the queue must have been over 50m long. A very unpleasant experince all round."June 5, 2007
"I was very impressed with the pleasant and smooth service after I had had an horendous journey to the airport. The speed with which I was 'processed' enabled me to book in on time. On my return the transfer bus was waiting and the lady who informed me as to the location of my car was cheerful and caring, reminding me which side of the wall my car was parked. "This was the second time that I have used the Silverzone carpark at Bristol, both occasions have been excellent. Transfer between carpark and terminal was quick and easy, and the staff were courteous and helpful. Even changing vehicle details after booking was easy. "My comment on the actual site, of which this was my first visit, was that it was very good, transfer to and from the airport was also very good.
My real reason that I am taking this opportunity to give you some feedback, from my perception, is the total lack of "people skills" as shown by the staff (two women)who were on duty at reception, on our return from holiday. Admittedly it was 2.30AM (I appreciate not easy at that time of the morning) they were just not user friendly, they had no comments to make to anyone, not one iota. No smile, no interpersonal skills whatsoever were in evidence. In fact, my keys could not be found for quite a few minutes, in the meantime four other people were dealt with before my keys surfaced but still not one comment was made.
Outside, my wife and I just said to each other "Isn't it nice to be home".
It made such a negative impression on us. We live fairly locally but my thoughts are; what must first time stangers or overseas visitors think of their visit to Bristol/England! Not a good way to fly the flag of welcome or friendship.
Please don't think I'm just a moaning minnie, I think it important that impressions like ours are fed back to management.

"We have always used silver zone when flying from Bristol and found the parking excellent. Leaving the car outside the office when an attendant would park it in the long term car park for us and finding it there on our return was great. However, when we used the park in May 2007 everything had changed.
We travelled with family (2 cars)and with the car park being full finding a space before we could check in and carrying the luggage from across the far end of the car park with three small children in tow was dreadful. Unless things change I will not use Silver Zone again."
"this is the third time i have used the silver zone parking at Bristol. The service is excellent, just hand over your booking form and car keys to receiption receive your receipt and there is a bus ready to take you to the terminal. Arriving back at Bristol there was alot of people waiting for the bus but extra buses were arriving very quickly. Again great service. Will use again in the future and would not hesitate to recommend. Our car had been carefully parked and had received no knocks or scratches."June 3, 2007
"More hassle than it's worth - the airport's Long Stay parking isn't much more expensive, it's right opposite the terminal and you don't need to wait for the shuttle bus. The bus service is rubbish late at night, and they don't seem to cater for lots of flights arriving at the same time. Queues for the bus stretched all along the front of the terminal. It was quicker for me to walk round to the Silver Zone office to pick up the car and then drive it back to the airport to pick up the family. Hopeless. I'll use the Long Stay next time."June 3, 2007

"I thought the price was very reasonable and the whole booking service easy, when we arrived at Bristol the signage to the silver car park was clear and easy to enter. The personel in the office were pleasant and efficient and we were quickly transported to the airport terminal it was a shame however that the bus was very dirty and didn't look like it had ever been cleaned.
On return we waited outside the airport at the appropriate bus stop, however we were not at the head of the queue and after one bus had picked up passangers had to wait some 20mins before a second and third bus arrived to transport the remaining car owners to the silver car park. On arrival back at the office the staff worked quickly and efficiently to deal with the large quantity of people and we were accurately directed to our car which was in the same condition in which we left it.
We would hesitate to reccomend this service purely due to the excessive wait to be transported from the airport back to the car park."
