"The service provided by the car park was generally good with clear directions and speedy registration and transfer. On our return to our car, however, we found it covered in a lot of mud. We reported this to the staff on duty who responded promptly, put the car through the car wash and apologised profusely."August 14, 2007
"Overall: Very Bad, would not use again. No clear information that keys needed to be left. Huge queue to deposit keys, huge queue and delay for bus to terminal, bunfight to get on buses when they came. On return: not enough buses from terminal, huges queues and again pushing and shoving. I travel overseas at least 10 times a year and this is by far the worst carpark I have used."August 14, 2007
"Pre-booked silverzone parking online. Turned up at the entrance and was given complementary upgrade to long-term parking outside the airport terminal which was great. Easy to find and park but bus to terminal took a while to arrive and then could only carry half of the group of people waiting. The driver also informed the passengers asking when the next bus was that he 'was' the next bus!! On return the queue of people for the bus was obviously too long for one bus so elected to walk. Luckily only 10 min walk."August 13, 2007

was not aware that our car would be driven away, thought it was a self serve with collector bus around the site
was not aware is was that far off the airport site and would have appreciated knowing how long the transfer time potentially could be.
we sat in a semi-full bus while the driver smoked and didn't allow for the longer transfer time, bearing in mind we arrived when one bus had just left
would use again,only if best price as the service was simialr to the pubside-collection-based offerings
would have to allow 25-30 min from arrival to getting to airport"

"Everything was superb from the minute I dropped the car off and picked it back up. Journey was was less than 1 hour 30min to Swindon.

"Could have done with some trolleys to get to office when dropping car off as travelling alone with 2 large cases!
On return buses a bit slow and a scramble to get on again with the aforementioned cases. Car park best for people with not much luggage."
"We were unable to park in any of the designated spaces on arrival as these were all full. Had to drive around and find a space elsewhere in the car park. Once parked the service was quick. On our return the car was quite a way away from reception and the drivers seat had been adjusted which seemed a bit annoying considering there was such a short distance to have to move it! Maybe under health and safety regulations for the people working there it has to be adjusted to suit the drivers, but it still seemed inconsiderate to have left it like that rather than try to put it back as it was."August 8, 2007
"On arrival it was unclear what was expected if there were no available numbered bays near to the main building. It was not clear that one was supposed to park in the overflow parking area.
That aside the dropping off and picking up was very good."
"I will start with the best, the pick up of the car was great! straight in, no queue and found car easily.
Dropping car off was worst experience of air port parking ever! We did not realise we had to find our own parking bay, you don't mention that on the site we booked from, you need to allow at lease half an hour on top in high season as all bays were busy, had to use the overflow area. Checking the key in, only 2 staff on in high season, not enough staff and that left customers moaning which in the early hours of the morning i didn't want to hear really!"

"Well signposted, easy to find. Appreciated the disabled spaces available for arrival drop-off, and told that due to my disablity, the car would be close to check-in on our return. Quick check-in and prompt shuttle into terminal building. On return, only a few minutes' wait for the shuttle bus and efficient service at car keys pick-up point. However, disappointed that despite assurance given on arrival that the car would be parked close for collection, the car was parked at what seemed to be the furthest point from check-in (Row S in Overflow Car Park), and no warning from the staff that this would involve a fairly long walk across an uneven surface - not impossible but not without difficulty for a person with a disability. Overall rating: good value, but points lost on account of unfulfilled assurance."August 7, 2007
