"I have never used park and fly before so was a little apprehensive. The compound was easy to find using sat nav. I would have found it difficult if I used the instructions sent. Once there it was a simple and quick process and straight on transport to airport which was about 20 min. On returning it was a phone call then they come to pick you up. "I was very pleased with the services provided dropping to and fetching from the airport. The drivers were friendly and helpful. Once, I'd been driven back to the parking place I found my car turned around facing towards exit. It was very welcoming.

"The servicxe was brill going to airport but on return I rang with invoice number as requested and when I found bus it was full and driver told me to wait for next one
When next one came driver was quite rude and didnt even check our invoice number ,when we got back to depot my car was not pulled out whereas others on coach were as he had took their invoice number,the girl at desk gave me my car key and told me she would get it brought round even though she had given me key
My partner walked round and found car and got it himself as was quicker,I felt customer service not good on way back"

"The service was great for such a reasonable price and not far at all from the airport.
"Coming from Shaftesbury, I had difficulty in the final part of the journey in finding the parking site, having to ask people several times for directions. I don't have a Sat nav, which would have simplified things, but ui just have the need for one most of the time. The staff were very helpful when i did finally arrive. Another point of difficulty was , on my return, being told I would be picked up where I was dropped off. I had no idea where I was dropped off!!! Thanks to to the efforts of your driver, we eventually found one another, and I cannot speak too highly of his helpfulness He needs commending. "Generally I was pleased with the service etc. My only comment is that it was on the wrong side of Bristol Airport for me, coming from the South West. It is not clear on the general booking form where parking areas are, so maybe that is something for the website design to consider."July 22, 2011
"Have used these people for years, this was the last time. They have moved and the journey to the airport is awful, even worse in rush hour traffic. On return, called the number given, it went thro to orange answer phone , left message, went to pick up point and was told by driver. I had not called. Waited for 2nd bus and was told not to leave amessage, no signs anywhere in the office or on paperwork to advise, cars parked like sardines, very difficult to shunt in and out. "Got to the new site quicker than expected but it is a fair way to the airport. In traffic could take 15 minutes. Paid a fixed price so didn't expect to get charged for a 5th person. Apparently the fixed price is for up to 4 people. Having said that they are cheap and efficient."June 18, 2011
"rather concerned as close to our departure recieved an e mail to say location of Bristol park and fly had moved location. Found area to be in an undesirable part of Bristol and was a bit worried about safety of our car. on arrival The woman behind the desk was abrupt and unfriendly likewise the driver of the transfer vecicle .Location a good few miles to airport got caught in traffic on way back.Much better reception on return and our car found safe in car park."June 16, 2011
