"The flight from Bristol airport was good. But I feel a slightly friendlier wellcome at the reception of park and fly would be appreciated. It was simply, 'yes, no, sign here'. Also, the reception area is not very child friendly at all...wires hanging off the wall, hoover just left in the middle of the sitting area!!. Lets say, it was not anything like other park and fly places I have used. So, try and make it a bit like customer waiting room and tell your reception lady to smile and cheer up!! We recently made a booking through your company at one of your nominated parking venues namely Bristol Park An Fly. The dates are from 09/08/2007 to 16/08/2007. On returning to pick up my vehicle reg; YT54VDK considerable damage was found ( see photographs) to the passenger side rear door and wheel arch area. I spoke to a Mr. Jamie Stubbs ( a driver for the company ) who gave me the name and number of his manager Mr. Don Harris who I phoned and expressed my concerns. Mr. Harris denied any liability saying that no one had reported the incident and refused to offer his insurance details saying "vehicles are parked at owners risk" and hung up the phone. I duly contacted the police and spoke to PC Rees, who also contacted Mr.Harris and couldn't establish insurance details other than the car park is on private property. A point to notice at this stage is the fact that only when you arrive at Bristol Park an Fly are you made aware that "cars are parked at owners risk"
and of course then it is too late, you either refuse to park, miss the flight and holiday or accept the contract. I have to say this incident gives me no confidence in this sort of parking. There is no one or system to check the condition of your car when
it is left with them. In all I think the whole experience has been appalling and very unprofessional.
I await your comments on this matter.I hope you will publish this on your site to warn others of the implications involved using this operator.

Difficult to find because no sign post to "mushroom farm" meant that everything was a rush at the airport because we spent 30 minutes looking for the park and ride. Price was OK but otherwise totaly unimpressed"

"We did it all on the Internet which was fast and effective. The people we met when we dropped off our car were very friendly and keen to help. We were given a yellow sheet of paper which was a copy of the forms they held in the office explaining when we would be returning and what our flight details were etc. this sheet had a phone number on it which we were told to
call when we landed to enable them to be there to meet us as we left the airport. This number was invalid! In other words we were unable to call them on our return. I had a couple of other numbers for them but one was an office number and only useful between 9 – 5 (we arrived at 11.50pm) the other was diverted to a voicemail which was completely full and so I could not leave a message.
The lack of communication lead to a few minutes of worry for me and my 4 children as I wondered how on earth to contact the people who had my car and our only way back home. Not what I wanted at midnight. However, the mini bus was at the designated pick up point when we arrived there, they were expecting us, called me by my name and gave me the key to my car as I got into the bus. This was all much more comforting. I told the driver that the phone number was not working and he said I was the second person that evening to have told him the same thing. He was apologetic and not at all defensive. From that time on the great service
that we experienced when we left our car in the first place was resumed."

"Excellent customer service as standard - we were able to drop our car at the airport due to a motorway delay making us nearly late for our flight, and we were met promptly afterwards by another kind member of staff who had taken the trouble to start our 'non-starter' of a car and get it going for us - he had noticed the kids' car seats in the back and realised the added inconvenience it would cause us to come back to a dead battery.
Would highly recommend this company for the quality of their service."

"i booked the parking last minute online. it was the cheapest when compared with all other parking at bristol airport.
before arriving i put an approximate time i would be getting there. the minibus was already there to take us to the airport. the man was very helpful with bags and directiopns to the check in desk. i was dropped off right outside the airport.
it was extremely convenient. an excellent service. i will definately be using ParkAnFly next time"

"Really easy to find - 5 min drive from the main airport and easy access from the Motorway avoiding the Bristol ring roads. Doesn't look much when you get there, just a parking lot. Friendly personal service straight to the door. Quick response to call when back in the UK. Waited maybe 15 minutes for pick up. Helpful hints: Turn INTO the mushroom farm entrance - car park is not marked until you enter the farm road! Call before you clear baggage reclaim to save time - the airport is so small that you are out in the fresh air as soon as you clear customs!
