"I would definately recommend this car park. It is slightly further away from the airport (10-15 minutes by minibus), so don't leave it very late to get there like we did! They were extremely friendly and managed to get two very stressed out girls to their check-in just on time!"

"Car park is ok.Need to put up more lights,because in the dark it was very hard to find our car.
The driver who droped us off at Bristol airport was terriable experience.He was dangerous and he was useing his mobile phone and driving at the same time."

"staff were friendly and gave a good service. just be careful when finding it as there is no sign at the entrance. the sign is for the mushroom farm and that is where you need to turn in."

"This car park is too far away from the airport if one is approaching it from the north. We had a very early morning winter flight so it was pitch black when we were trying to find the place. We couldn't believe how far past the airport it was.! WE then had to drive down small lanes and it was not well lit. It said it was by the mushroom farm - which was in darkness (being mushrooms, it would be..!). We drove a mile or so past then had to turn around and drive slowly to find the entrance, which we might easily have missed yet again. They really should invest in some lighting and more obvious signage. Then there was a long wait for the bus. We were close to missing our flight due to this fiasco.
By that time more people had arrived so we all crammed into the bus - 4 people across 3 seats. The driver jokingly said 'if we see the police, duck down'!
I would not use this car park again - although it might be ok if you were approaching from the south, and knew where it was so you weren't wandering around in the dead of night."

"Good service which was very straightforward. When we arrived home a bus was waiting to collect us so there wasnt any hanging around. I checked out several other parking options and this seemed to be the cheapest around.

However could do with a clearer sign pointing out the reception as i missed it and ended up driving into the mushroom farm and going to their recipetion by mistake."

"The car park was ok. It was a little bit far from the airport but we had a lift to the airport by the car parking company's bus. One thing my husband did not like was we had to leave our car key in the office and also our car was moved when we came back from holiday. It is very reasonable."

"Unfortunately due to my husbands mother being rushed into intensive care we had to cancel our holiday. Thus we did not use the car park - however I did try to cancel the booking in the hope of gaining some financial compensation. But when ringing both numbers they were switched off, I sent a text to cancel at Bristol as it was a mobile number but had no reply."

"It took me 20mins to find the carpark due to the lack of signs and street lighting etc. Tried to call the phone number on reception for directions but phone was switched off which didn't fill me with confidence from the start.

Arrived at carpark, nobody at reception and a sign on the window which said to call a mobile number. Once again this phone was switched off. After speaking with other customers in the carpark equally concerned about the conpetence of this company. After waiting in the freezing cold for 25 mins the minibus arrived. We didn't get to airport for another 30mins.

On returning to airport we collected our baggage called the carparking number and told we had to wait for 10-15 mins to be picked up which was fine as long as we knew. After waiting for a total 30 mins, 15 of which were waiting outside in the cold and wind, we were picked up.

This may be a cheaper car parking option but it proved to me you get what you pay for!"

"The staff were very helpful - the bus was on its way out so they stopped and collected the luggage from beside the car. We were given a number to call when we returned to the airport and were met at the pick up area within about 10 minutes. We had been told to ask the driver to drop us at the end of the row in the car park when we returned, but instead he left us at the reception area. Not a problem, but he had obviously had a difficult morning.

Our only problem was finding the place - it was 6pm on a winter's afternoon, and the entrance was unlit. The only signboard visible from the road said "Monaghans Mushroom Farm". Fortunately we had Googled before we left home so we knew roughly where it must be and that it was connected with the farm. A local publican said we were the 14th group of people asking for instructions that day."

"Very poorly signposted. wasted over half an hour driving up and down the road looking for it. When we found it the staff where unbothered about our comments and laughed at the fact we where now short for time. Our driver to the air port stunk of alcohol but at least got us there in one peice. On returning to my car after the trip when it had been bought back round from the storage carpark they had left the lights on and so only just started after a fair struggle. Never again, pay peanuts, get monkeys etc. etc."

"Park and Go. A totally unorganised uninviting service that lacks professionalism. The site is not signed posted and arriving in the dark was chaotic, the lighting in the car park is non existant apart from one spotlight. This is totally unsatisfactory since we arrived and left in the dark. The staff possesed no niceties and I did not feel happy leaving my vehicle with them for the duration of my holiday. Add to the fact that it is a long way from the airport and they only have 1 minibus and you have a recipe for a very long uncomfortable wait if there are more people than the minibus can hold, 45 mins in our case. Arriving back at bristol presented more problems. Rather than Park and Go coming to meet the flight we had to call them once we were outside. Again it was dark and very cold. We waited outside for another 30 mins before the bus turned up. Not happy after a good holiday. Do Not Use."

"As the site is about 8 miles south of the airport its less convenient for those arriving from the North. The directions on the main website were not very good. Park and Fly told me that they had asked you to change them - but to no avail. This is causing many people to arrive stressed and late, as the site is inside the Mushroom Farm. Also very poor signing once in the Farm.

On return the driver was very courteous but didn't have my keys. There was a very basic error - I arrived 23:45 9th Dec but the keys for 10th Dec arrivals had not been released by their office causing me a long delay in reuniting with my car. I had clearly marked estimated arrival time on the 10th on the form as well as the ETA of the flight.

The site was not lit at all.

The park only had one mini bus and driver and being at least 20 minutes away means long waits of at least 30 minutes if not longer, once the driver had located everybody's keys and their cars, and taken them - a rather laborious system.

Although the staff were helpful and courteous I'm afraid I would definately not use them again. Its the wrong side of Bristol for me, too far from the airport and my keys not available when I arrived causing a delay of 45 minutes. Something you dont need at 1am on a cold night.

Will park at airport next time."

"Very convenient for the airport. Driver was prompt. Costs less than most parking sites and much quicker processing - ie. drop-off/pick-up - compared to others I've used. Only problem was driving past it a couple of times because the sign was too far in from the road. Apart from needing a better sign, a very good, problem-free service."

"Very good service, no delays either end, nice people. The place is easy to find, especially from M5 junction 21 (surely the best junction whether from north or south, although they recommend others). Should make it clear in instructions that you turn into the Mushroom Farm to get to the car park, I went past first time."

"When we arrived at the car park there was no one there - just a note telling us to phone a number to inform someone that we had arrived - this despite the fact that we had booked the time of our arrival. We had to wait in the cold for 15-20 mins for the minibus to turn up with no toilet facilities available - not good when you have travelled from Cardiff!! When we returned we tried to phone the number that we had been told to phone only to find that it did not work. I had to scroll back through my phone calls to find the number that I had phoned on my arrival. We then had to wait for some time in freezing cold weather for the minibus to arrive. We were not too impressed at all."

"Excellent experience. Very easy to find once we understood that you had to go right into the entrance to Monahans Mushroom Farm. Friendly, helpful efficient staff both ways with no waiting at drop-off or pick-up. Would definately use again."

OUTBOUND--arived at Monagans mushroom farm, no-one around --no toilets--took 20 mins to appear.
INBOUND-- took 2 phone calls from Bristol airport and 25 minute wait before collection, so noted the 'phone numbers of other parking buses, for trial next time."

"We have used Bristol ParkAnFly three times since it opened in May 2007. At all times the service has been excellent. Quick drop off at airport and spedy pick up usually within 10 15 minutes. All staff very friendly and efficient. We feel confident in leaving our car with them."

"This car park was a little bit difficult to find, but decent directions given. No problems getting picked up or dropped off though, and was a really good price. Will always be grateful becuase I dropped my phone and the guy there was really helpful with me to get it back.

Would definitly use again."
