"The car park and staff were fine, once I found it!
As I was looking for the car park at 5.30am, it was dark, and the entrance and noticeboard (if there was one) were far from obvious and did not appear to be lit up. As a result, I drove past the entrance twice, before I found it - this caused me to be late for my flight. I suggest the entrance should be made much clearer!!"

"We used this park and fly company this time as have used it several times in the past and been very happy with the service delivered.
A slightly negative comment came out of the recent usage of this service, the driver on the return journey was talking on his mobile telephone for several minutes without using a hands free kit. This is totally illegal and bearing the driving is his job and he is supposed to think passenger safety, I was not too impressed. Also, when using this service in the past, your car is always brought out of the main 'storage' car park to avoid customers going round to other customers cars. This time, (although there was only the minibus and 1 car in the small car park) we had to go and locate our own car.
Other than these things, excellent efficient service as usual."
"was the cheapest we found and to be honest was fine ,budget kind of service but then we paid far less that other places. Would just mention that car was in pitch black when we arrived back, no lighting at all and i was therefore unable to check my car was all fine. Due to the fact that the radio station had been retuned to a local station?? I would have like to ensure that my car was the same as i left it before leaving the place! Workers didnt speak at all other than the minimum and were smoking in reception. All in all tho budget price budget service, would probably use again. "I actually had a nightmare but it was totally my fault. I forgot my passport and had to go back to Cardiff for it. I made it back just in time to park in Brisol Airport Long Stay - so I ended up paying £18 to park with FHR and again at the airport for £35. Ouch.
"worst car parking experience ever - office filthy and workers smoking at desk - mini buses scruffy and so was drivers - driving dangerous at great speeds tail gaiting on complaining driver said had been told to drive like that to keep timings low - arrived early hours to be told handbreak jammed on (due to heavy handling) and key broken off in car door - car locking system being fixed as we speak and bill will be presented in due course - all in all terrible"October 12, 2008
"I recently used bristol park and fly and was very pleased with it. It was the cheapest and very reliable. Its a very quick journey to the airport. Even though my flight was delayed for 14 hours there was no extra charge. Would definatley use again."October 10, 2008

"This company is bad news! Very sub standard transfer vehicle. Seat belts U/S and vehicle dirty inside. Return trip drivers standard of driving appalling. Late braking and overfast (NB I am a recently retired police driving instructor so I do know what I am talking about)He did not even bother with his seat belt. He appeared to be Eastern European but he did not even speak with us, we only heard him speak to another on return to the car park.
On return we were handed the keys to our car but I could only get in by climbing in from the passenger side and over the seats.
This was most definitely the worst experience I have had and will never use them again."

On return very early morning 2am, pouring with rain,there were insufficient seats in the mini bus and although we had rung ahead there was no room.I had to sit on peoples cases in the rear of the bus a most uncomfortable ride which resulted in my tearing a pair of trousers as the pocket caught on the handle of a case. NO LIGHTS in car park and car parked right at the back under very wet trees.Will not use this company again1"

"Value for money was very good, booking was clear and efficient, reception and outbound transfer smooth, BUT on return to Bristol the pickup system was total chaos with too many clients chasing too few minibuses and no system of order. Perhaps some form of reference on arrival at the airport to queue may help.Every time a minibus arrived it was a battle to get on with the driver having no chance to sort out priorities."October 3, 2008
"I thought the service gave value for money and the idea behind the facility is quite sound.
However a number of improvements are needed.They are:
Lighting needed in the parking area.
Seats needed in the reception area.There is no provision for the older person or the slightly infirm.If the weather had not been dry-standing outside in the rain would not have been funny.
The step up to the vehicle is very steep indeed.
Money needs to be spent I'm afraid but not much.However it will be money well spent.
"I won't be using Bristol Park and Fly again - I would rather pay twice as much and park at the airport.It all started with a very unfriendly welcome. The guy on reception spoke limited English and kept complaining why he had to do Sunday shifts (that's not my problem). There was no apparent order and as more people arrived, people began to jostle for position as there was a fear that we would not all get on the next bus.The 15 minute estimated time for next transport to the airport was getting on for 25 minutes, which further increased the anxiety amongst people. The fact that the reception area was run-down, dirty, cluttered and was being run by a group of unethusiastic, unfriendly staff further added to the feeling that we had made the wrong choice for leaving our car. The pick up on the return was prompt but on getting back to my car I found that my mile counter read 1.0 miles - my mile counter had been reset and I'm not entirely sure why or in fact how it could have been driven 1 mile for the 200m from where I parked it to the larger car park at the rear. Given the bad experiences on the outbound journey, your mind begins to suspect all sorts of things. Will definitely look elsewhere next time I travel from Bristol Airport."October 3, 2008
"The main problem is access: there are no signs on the A38 or on the road (Chuchill to Congressbury)off which the car park is situated. And the instructions how to get there are misleading. Hence a 12 mile detour!
Service at the desk is a shambles, but seems to work - guys dealing with a customer plus two mobile phones on the go - one to each ear!
It appears to be secure, but no assurance that it is.
The real drag is waiting for the transfer bus. It can be 15 minutes hanging about.
However, in terms of value for money, it gets a 3."

Our car was blocked in when we got back (but quickly freed up). The mini bus only had eight seats, so some groups were split up as there wasn't enough room."

"Accepting that it was 05.50hrs there was complete indifference to both us and the passenger in front of us when we arrived re both recognition direction to the coach. Was also less than impressed that the driver wore a hood and said nothing throughout the short journey and when we got out. On returning when we 'phoned to be collected we met with the same passenger who had booked in front of us on the outward journey and phoned jointly giving our ref no's, however this caused confusion when we were picked up.
