"The only good thing is the price because service is terrible. My girlfriend and I arrived at the airport and call immediately as we got our luggage to the car park. They took over an hour to pick us up and were too disorganized. At first they had some crap papers with peoples names on it and afterwards they didn't have anything and everyone was getting in the mini-bus without any authorisation from the driver. Drivers looked like they did n't know what they were doing.
Well.. this car park.. Never Again!"
-Our car was returned in one piece
-Our drop-off was chaotic and disorganised
-We had to wait over an hour for our return transfer
On the whole, not a service I would pay for again."
"Absolutley appalling. Too many cars crammed into as little space as possible. Staff totally impolite and as much use as a chocolate teapot in the summer.
We had to wait over an hour on arrival back in the country - this was the shortest wait - some others had been waiting over an hour and a half. The reason - i quote from the mini bus driver - "it's the airline's fault they ladn too many planes at once"...unbelivable.....
On arrival at this "carpark" - should you dare to use it - please make sure you take pictures of your car - the driver picking his car up before me had his brand new car - 40k's worth - damaged whilst it was in the "carpark" - response from "manager" on duty - it was like that when it came in - look the driver who moved your car checked it once he had parked it" but the driver had never signed this form - you are not asked to check the car before you leave it they just take your keys.....
Use this one if you dare - myself i am going to pay the extra next time and park in a proper car park!"

"Arriving at the carpark the service was very good and quick, however the pickup from the airport was very different.
We arrived at 11:45pm but could not get through on the telephone numbers provided. The answer machine could not accept anymore calls either. We then found one of the drivers after 10 minutes and he said to keep calling, we also sent a text.
Finally got through and was informed to wait for 20 - 25 minutes. Over 1 hour later (there were others who waited longer) we called again, and suggested to the women on the phone that we would send our two drivers only on the next bus (8 in our party)Our drivers would collect us from the airport to ease the disruption at the airport as several of the other groups of people were becoming angry.
There were apparently only 2 buses that evening, and after the company received many angry phone calls they decided to put on another 2 buses.
When the next plane arrived the whole process started again with people getting more and more angry. There was no system in place for the drivers, they did not have any lists so where unaware who they were collecting and people were just jumping on the bus, before their time."

"Parking at a very good price and does what it says on the tin. Staff were friendly and helpful upon arrival. Only criticisms would be that no priority was given on collection from the airport - ie people who arrived later just jumped on the bus which meant a family was split accross two journeys, there was no lighting in the car park by which to check the condition of my vehicle upon collection, and that neither drivers assisted any passengers with their baggage - not a problem for me, but there was an elderly group travelling who didn't receive an offer of help.
No complaints as such but not the best customer service."

"The site was cheap and no frills. The minibus was basic and dirty but the ride was fine and the drivers were friendly and helpful both ways.
Our car was returned covered in bird droppings, but everything ran efficiently. If you want a cheap and reliable no frills parking place for Bristol airport then I would recommend this site. But if you can afford more then I would choose another site."
"Put it this way ... I won't be using them again.
We arrived at the car park without using the instructions (TOMTOM to the postcode). I took my keys to a guy behind the desk who didn't seem very happy to see anyone and just mumbled something as he took the keys from me. He told us to get on the minibus and wait. We waited about 15 minutes. The minibus had 4 people in including myself as we pulled off and as soon as the driver turned on the engine he immediately turned up the radio to a ridiculous volume. During the short 15 minute journey to the Airport, the driver somehow managed to turn up the radio a couple more times, to the point where I was literally shouting to my girlfriend, who was sat right next to me, to make myself heard. I had quite a headache when I arrived.
We were instructed to call once we had cleared baggage claim, which I did. We were told a minibus was on it's way and would arrive in 5 minutes. We got outside to find nearly 20 people waiting for the same car park. 3 minibusses later and 35 minutes on the clock and we finally boarded our bus.
Slow, disorganised and unfriendly. Spend the extra £5 or £10 and use Silver Zone.
To put this rant into context, my girlfriend and I are both in our mid twenties and like to party. We don't get annoyed by this stuff normally."

On our return to Bristol Airport we made the phone call to the car park as instructed, but waited an hour to get picked up as there were so many other people also waiting. When we eventually did return to the car park, our car was parked in a difficult position to drive away. There were some very large holes in the track to manoeuvre which concerned me that I could very easily damage the car.

"I left my car there for 3 weeks, and thus spared £17 (compared to SilverZone) which is noticeable when you fly low-cost. No problem when I came back, except that the cars next to mine were so near that I had to crawl from the back door to get behind the wheel ! (on your arrival, the car will be parked for you).
The service was good : we were driven to the airport within 20 min, and on our return, we didn't wait over 10 min. Of course, for the price, the shuttle wasn't brand new, nor Pullman class. However, low-cost shouldn't mean poor safety conditions, like broken safety belts, or an under pressure driver.
In other words, the service is worth its price, and I would probably use it again if needed, but I wouldn't fly Park n'Go at present !"
"Probably fine if you budget A LOT of time to getting your car sorted and transported to the airport, but our experience from handing over keys to arriving at the airport took an hour and saw us arrive at our checkin just as it was closing. The staff were all rude, the lady at the desk was doing everything on paper, made loads of mistakes, and stopped for five minutes to have a one sided argument with a lady who couldn't find them, which is pretty easy since there are exactly zero signposts for the place, making it very tricky to find, never mind the fact that if it's dark the place is impossible to navigate as it's very sparsely lit. When we arrived back they were INCREDIBLY rude on the phone (the guy ignored our questions, grunted "invoice number", and hung up as soon as we'd said the number) and when we arrived they couldn't find our keys (so why did we phone ahead?).
Overall, you get what you pay for, and if you can stand all the above it's a bargain. In future, I think i'll pay the extra and get a better service."
"The car parking was as expected. No extra miles on the odometer and no damage to the car. The entrance to the parking was not obvious, because the council will not allow a sign.But the distances stated are accurate for the entrance. (The mushroon farm).
On arrival, we were checked in and off to the airport in 5 minutes. On return, a call to the parking, and a bus was waiting at the pickup point when we came out. cant be simpler"

"Excellent, quick straight forward booking. Great directions and found the place easily. Quick handover of vehicle, keys and details and very quick transfer in shuttle to the airport. Friendly helpful informative staff. The only little negative was when collecting the car and the pick up from the airport. I was told to ring and give invoice number. I rang and rang and got no reply. For 15 mins. tried to ring with no reply and then eventually got through and was told the collection shuttle would take 15 mins. Fair enough I thought, however during the next 10-15 mins another flight had arrived and people booked with WCP began to also wait for the shuttle. Upon arrival it was every man for himself and a push and shove to get onto the mini bus instead of those who had been waiting longest. In many instances those who had just got off of their flight and had not done any waiting got into the shuttle first and those waiting for ages still did not get on. That was my only quibble. It was pouring with rain and the poor shuttle driver just loaded suitcases into the van without knowing who was first. Understandable but not very fair. "Will never use this car park service again. We arrived late becuase of traffic problems, and mentioned this to several people on the site. People were floating about not very keen on helping, when we eventually left it was too late to make the flight. When we arrived at the airport my son ran ahead, as I had asked him, to the check in desk, and the driver shouted at him to help me. No-one shouts at my son except me.
On our return, I rang the mobile and landline for 30 minutes, with no possibility of leaving a message on the answerphone as the box was full. Caught a taxi to the site, no-one offered an apology but argued that they always answered the phone. The pointed at Row 2, somewhere on site. I walked around in the rain, couldn't find it, went back to the office. They went to find my car which was actually in Row 3. Only one member of staff was very kind to help me with the car, as the battery had run down.
Will never, ever use this site again. Fly by night outfit."

Rang as instructed at 01:00 when I was told 15mins,
When minibus arrived another group of travellers took first transport which only cared 8 persons.
Yet another family had been waiting 45mins at 01:15 so they had rung before we had
But no more minibuses had been sent.
A 2nd minibus arrived at 01:35, and by luck we all got in to one minibus.
There was no order to who was picked up and the first get to minibus grabbed available seating
Back at the parking area there was not enough lighting which was a health and safety problem with trip hazards and standing water"
"When we arrived at around 3.30 am there was noone in the office. Another family were already there waiting and sais they had been there a while. Someone arrived about 5 minutes later but it was a bit worrying that there had not been anyone there. When we got back to the UK we rang the number we had been given and got an answer machine asking us to leave a message. There were other people on our flight who were also going back to the car park and they had spoken to someone who had told them there would be a wait of 20 minutes. After about 30 minutes a bus arrived but there wasn't room for everyone. We waited another 10 minutes or so and then another bus arrved. There was still not nough room for us all but we were able to get on this one. Some people who were left behind had therefore been waiting 40 minutes with no sign of a bus to pick them up."August 24, 2010
