Our flight left at 7am so we were approaching airport at around 445 am. Our first call to 07800571195 elicited response that they had not dealt with Park & Go for a long time. Dismay! Tried alternative number quoting Meet and greet - told no booking. Protested. Operator said she would look into problem, came back later saying there had been a keying error and the booking which seemed to have been for previous year was is fact current. We were met at drop off at 5 am as planned but the whole episode was most unsettling. Office needs to sharpen its pencils. So low mark for office.

Excellent service, we called 15 minutes before arriving at the airport. The chap was waiting for us, checked our car signed paperwork and we were off. 3 minute walk to departures! Return home, wonderful again called to say we had all bags and within a minute of getting to the collection point our car was there. No waiting for a bus, we landed had our bags and in the car within 40mins. only downside, you had to pay a pound to leave the pick up area!

We thought we would try Bristol ParkAnFly Meet and Greet, as the price was little more than park and ride. We had to wait about 10 mins for the car to be collected, but handover was smooth after the driver had recorded the condition details or the car. On return, the car was waiting for us at the pick-up point and again handover was very quick. In fact so quick that we were not given time to check for damage etc. as the drive handed over the keys and bolted!!! Fortunately, all was well. I may use the service again, even though the attitude of the drivers was not marvellous.

Had some difficulty reaching the number given when approaching the airport & when I got through the reception was very abrupt, however the driver was excellent as was the receptionist & driver on my return I rate it as a 3 due to the attitude of the outgoing receptionist & unable to contact her, we rang 4 times

We find this a useful service. They phoned when we were 10min away from the airport to confirm and were waiting to collect the car at the agreed time. On return, there was a 15 minute wait from when we phoned after collecting our luggage. Perhaps one should phone after getting through customs at quiet times.

Great service, the guy was waiting for us when we got there. Minimum fuss, arrived within 10 mins of call from baggage collection, asked for ID - good. It was raining when we returned, so no walk in the wet to the car park opposite. No hesitation to use again. Thanks

I received a very good service. On approach to the airport I was running slightly late and I did not call when expected 15 min prior to my estimated arrival time at the car park. I had a phone call from Meet and Greet to make sure I was ok and how long it would take before I arrived at the airport. Did not take long for an agent to pick up my car when I arrived. Same when I arrived back. I called Meet and Greet from the baggage hall and got reunited with my car shortly after I got to the pick up point. Was very happy with the service and will use it in the future.

Collection on departure was fantastic , no waiting around, however despite calling when we landed we asked to call when we had collected our luggage, when we had collected our luggage we were total there would a delay due to road works, we had to wait 25mins for our car to arrive

on arrival at the airport was great driver there to meet us which was fine on arrivel back from holiday had to wait nearly 30 mins for car to be delivered and was told on the phone that i would have to pay an extra £7 becuase I was two days late, which was not the case on my confirmation e-mail clearly states 26th to 3rd not 1st(was cleared up by driver which was great)but not happy about the waiting time on return.

Service was courteous and polite but we had to wait at both ends even though we called 15 minutes before we arrived at the airport and called the moment we had our luggage but it was 25 minutes from the call till the car arrived. Car was fine. Do not think it saved any tome by using meet and greet as we were out in the cold both times. Might just as well used the normal airport parking..
