"Our flight left at 7am so we were approaching airport at around 445 am. Our first call to 07800571195 elicited response that they had not dealt with Park & Go for a long time. Dismay! Tried alternative number quoting Meet and greet - told no booking. Protested. Operator said she would look into problem, came back later saying there had been a keying error and the booking which seemed to have been for previous year was is fact current. We were met at drop off at 5 am as planned but the whole episode was most unsettling. Office needs to sharpen its pencils. So low mark for office."March 17, 2014

"Excellent service, we called 15 minutes before arriving at the airport. The chap was waiting for us, checked our car signed paperwork and we were off. 3 minute walk to departures!
Return home, wonderful again called to say we had all bags and within a minute of getting to the collection point our car was there.
No waiting for a bus, we landed had our bags and in the car within 40mins.
only downside, you had to pay a pound to leave the pick up area!"

"We thought we would try Bristol ParkAnFly Meet and Greet, as the price was little more than park and ride.
We had to wait about 10 mins for the car to be collected, but handover was smooth after the driver had recorded the condition details or the car. On return, the car was waiting for us at the pick-up point and again handover was very quick. In fact so quick that we were not given time to check for damage etc. as the drive handed over the keys and bolted!!! Fortunately, all was well. I may use the service again, even though the attitude of the drivers was not marvellous."

"We find this a useful service. They phoned when we were 10min away from the airport to confirm and were waiting to collect the car at the agreed time. On return, there was a 15 minute wait from when we phoned after collecting our luggage. Perhaps one should phone after getting through customs at quiet times."May 11, 2013

"I received a very good service. On approach to the airport I was running slightly late and I did not call when expected 15 min prior to my estimated arrival time at the car park. I had a phone call from Meet and Greet to make sure I was ok and how long it would take before I arrived at the airport. Did not take long for an agent to pick up my car when I arrived. Same when I arrived back. I called Meet and Greet from the baggage hall and got reunited with my car shortly after I got to the pick up point. "Service was courteous and polite but we had to wait at both ends even though we called 15 minutes before we arrived at the airport and called the moment we had our luggage but it was 25 minutes from the call till the car arrived. "Drop off and pick up very good.
However not happy with the fact that the driver decided to use the car as his own for example turning on the radio and tuning to his preferred radio staion and not having the decency to retune or turn it off as i had left it. Also I would say the car was driven rather hard as I had reset the trip computer when i dropped it off and on return checking the figures it was quite clear that this was the case.
This has put me off using your service the cars should be just driven to your parking area and returned bearing in mind they are not there cars and not messed with and driven with care.
Not a very professional service...!"

Not as it used to be & about 30% more expensive.
1. Before it took 5 mins instead of 15 mins to retrieve the car, so I was waiting around.
2. The car was stored outside & had been rained on & was quite a bit dirtier when I received it back.
3. The £1 to exit the car park was provided last time.
4. About 30% more expensive now.
15% Discount Voucher was a nice touch, but then there was a 30% price increase from last year.
Overall, its about the service especially after you have got off long flight!"

"I'm afraid we were very disappointed with the meet and greet service we received (and I don't usually complain). Firstly it took several phone calls to be able to talk to someone without getting an orange anwser phone message. But we were very let down on arrival back in Bristol when we had to wait 40minutes before we were met with our car. We were told we would be phoned to let us know when the driver was near the airport because it was cold ,wet and very late, however we were never called back, my husband had to hang around outside the airport. The driver didn't apologise when he finally arrived and didn't seem to speak any English. We have used meet and greet at Heathrow and Exeter airports in the past and found it very much worth the extra to be met and get away from the airport quickly especially when arriving back late. However on this occasion the whole airport had cleared before we were met. Very disappoiting."August 29, 2012

"The arrangements worked well. However, I was surprised that I had to pay £1 to exit the car park. This was not mentioned in the order confirmation although it was written into the order confirmation of a friend. I was further agravated that putting my £1 coin in the machine did not work.
