Fantastic service this made our trip stress free, even when my daughter left her phone in the car and they kindly returned it to us! Would realy recommend this service.

First rate service - was particularly impressed that although we had a blow out on the way to the airport and had to take a later flight the valet parking was transferred without a hitch.
The valet said that he would be 5 minutes when we phoned after picking up our bags and he was true to his word.
I cannot imagine anyone opting for the Bristol Airport Car Park which was twice the cost and would have involved a transfer - would always choose valet parking every time

excellent value for money - meet and greet worked well. Only slight issue in Bristol is have to pay extra £1 on departure due to drop off (meet and greet) area charging for 20 mins. If greater than 20 mins price rockets up to £3-4 so ensure you meet and greet at exact time scheduled.

It was a great service.
The phone however was answered both on teh way and way back by someone who did not seem to know what was going on. Was quite rude but suspect cultural/language issue.
Teh service itself was fantastic adn I will be using again.

to be fair the actual parking service was speedy but the people answering the phones dont even state the name of the company just hello which doesnt promote much faith
My car was returned in the same condition i gave it to them but.....
They did not check off car condition when picking it up - not even a signature or a sheet to sign
On collection same again - just passed me the keys
This is not a great way to do business and would prevent me from using again

Exceptional service! The representative was there to meet me by the terminal despite my being half an hour early and again on my return was waiting for me. I could ask for no better service and would not hesitate to use this facility on my next trip out from Bristol.

I was extremely happy with the service provided, no waiting around, friendly efficient service.

Excellent service. A driver collected our car precisely on time - within two minutes of our arrival and, similarly, no more than a minute or so waiting for the car on our return. Not cheap, but we received precisely the service we had paid a premium price for - does exactly what it says on the tin.

The service was prompt but no identification was requested on collection, which seemed rather unprofessional. Also we had to pay an additional £5 to get out of the car park which is not acceptable as we had already paid £58 for the service.

The only way to park and fly with two young children.
Great value - little more than do it yourself parking and no hanging around for buses.

Brilliant service - could not have been better! It was all seamless and speeded up the whole laborious parking scenario totally. The staff were courteous too. We will definately use the 'Meet and Greet' service again.

Absolutely dreadful. We booked and paid for our meet and greet service almost two months in advance. We received a parking voucher by e-mail which instructed us to call 0845 3700 435 at least 15 minutes in advance of reaching the airport terminal. This number was an answering service so we left several messages en route to no avail. Our last resort was to go to the Meet & Greet area in the vain hope somebody would be there but nobody was. At the risk of missing our (very early flight) we finally used the long stay car park. We have now paid £44.00 for a service we didn't get plus an additional £46.00 for the long stay car park. We found the whole experience extremely stressful, particularly as we had our elderley parents with us - they were the main reason we needed the meet and greet in the first place. Abysmal service.

Excellent service, I have no complaints. A driver was waiting when we arrived at the airport, and when we returned, the car was there in the time it took me to walk from the terminal and around the corner. I was travelling with my elderly mother, and would use this service every time, it was quick and easy.

Bristol Meet & Greet worked brilliantly for me - they are just 3 minutes from the airport and were waiting for me after a quick call, even though I arrived 30 minutes earlier than booked for my outbound flight. I have had 'no shows' with other meet and greet companies at Bristol airport, but these are the guys I'll be using again - many thanks!

Our drop off service was without fault and set the tone for the start of our holiday very nicely. It was great to drive right up to the terminal in the car and leave the parking to someone else. Our driver was very friendly.
HOWEVER and it is a big HOWEVER..... Our pick up service was atrocious!!! We called the number given and were constantly connected to an automated answering service. We left at least eight messages after collecting our baggage and received no return calls. It was only on my ninth attempt that my call was answered by a person and our car was brought to us. The total wait time was over 1 hour and 40 minutes - which is an absolute disgrace!! Meet and greet indeed....
We did not get the service we paid for and expected and we will NOT be using the company again. I would like an apology and refund as a gesture of goodwill but no doubt my expectations of this happening are way too high.
I wouldn't be at all surprised to see this feedback removed from your site....

Very pleased. Car was collected and delivered punctually (5-10 mins from phone call) and personel were friendly and effecient.

First time we'd used "meet and greet" and it worked perfectly with our car being right there as soon as we left the airport late at night. Only criticism was that the staff member had no ID card - slightly nerve-wracking when handing over your car to a stranger...
