"Bristol A&J Parking is easily accessed from Bristol and fairly well signposted: access from the South means driving past the Airport. The site isn't pretty and in places its muddy, but it is well fenced and the staff are friendly and most helpful. Shuttle to the airport is via a new eight-seater VW minibus (which may require a couple of trips to collect several people from one flight, though the journey time is a matter of minutes). We found it cheap and reliable - despite arriving at 4am !"April 5, 2010

"A&J Parking are easy to find, (follow their route map!) extremely competively priced, close to the airport, for quick transfers. We used the on site garage to have our car mot'd whilst we were away by the experienced and friendly Paul. Perfect Job - would use again when we fly from Bristol - no question. "we used this car park and we cannot fault it in anyway, we were taking to the airport within 5 minutes of arriving at the car park and were told to phone the car park once we were through customs on our return to bristol airport, we were told on the phone the bus would be there to collect us within 15 minutes, sure enough it was there within 15 minutes, i cannot fault the punctuality and friendlioness of the staff, will definately use again and will recommend to my friends also, many thanks"March 31, 2010

"The most awful exprience I've ever had we had two cars booked in at 4am on Wednesday 24/3/10 followed instructions and called to let driver know we were coming. On arriving at car park the bus was already full and there was more people waiting one couple were going to miss their flight they had waited so long. Driver was very rude to every one we had to load our own bags or leave them behind! One member of our party had to stand on the way to the airport as there were not enough seats on the bus! Collection was worse still! After waiting 30 mins for a bus an 8 seater turned up to collect a party of 10 again we were told the extra people would have to wait as the driver " can't do anything about it I can't make extra seats love" and wouldn't be back for 30 mins as there was another party waiting. When arriving at car park one of our cars was blocked in and I was asked to move it as "I was making the driver late" we then had to go back to the airport to collect the rest of our party. Discusting service totaly out parking will never use or recommend!"March 28, 2010

"We have used this firm before and last time they provided an excellent service but this time it was poor. We phoned when we had collected our baggage and were told we would be picked up in 10 minutes, we walked through passport control and then waited at the pick up point, it was very cold and we had young children so after 25 minutes we rang to find out why there was a delay to be told that they had come and gone as we were not there, we found this very hard to believe as we were at the pick up point within the 10 minutes quoted and what's more if what they said was true wouldn't they have waited a few minutes? We were eventually picked up 45 minutes after we rang all freezing cold and no apology was forthcoming. It is a shame as one driver has let down the whole company, the price is hard to beat but if you have young children you also want polite prompt service."March 28, 2010
"We used Bristol A and J holiday parking when we went to New York for a week. It took five minutes to check into the car park and then we were taken direct to the airport. On our return i phoned to say we were ready to be picked up and they were there in eight minutes, when we got back to the car park our car was pulled out ready for us to leave straight away. "Was quoted on the Essentials web site a figure of £29 only to find on arrival at A&J that I had to pay a further £10 for a transit van, although the vehicle details were submitted when I filled in the on line form.
The transport to the airport was a minibus,into which everyone was jammed,including suitcases which took up a number of the seats. Not sure how many were in the minibus, but the journey was not that comfortable."

"parked up 20-23rd march.Basic park with portacabin as reception.Plus point only 5mins from airport.If you miss transport on return you have to wait minimum of 15mins as they are unable to return before that(airport rules).On the whole value for money"March 25, 2010

"The driver that took us to the airport was very close to being involved in a collision, at the end of the track close to S and K's parking lot. Furthermore, just prior to dropping us off at the airport he almost ran down a pedestrian on a zebra crossing as he came to a stop. When we got picked up we had to wait for half an hour as one driver was "off to get a kebab". The replacement driver's first statement to us was "This is where the fun begins as I cannot see too well in the dark". Confidence giving? No.
The van was dirty and muddy on the trip to the airport although it appeared to have been cleaned prior to the pick up on the return journey (but it was dark)."
