"I had booked the services of Purple Parking. Ref YK890. The picking up was fine but when I returned to Bristol I called the number I was given. ie 08454500808. When I eventualy got through they said that I had called Heathrow. The gave me another number to which I called. I rang this number numerous times but no one answered the call. I then rang back 0845400808 and they put me through to another number which was Skypark who again couldn't help. Endless calls and I had already been waiting 45 mins. Finally I called again and they gave me a mobile number and the car was delivered. I order the service 'For Greater Peace of Mind' yet all I got was a total headache. I could have so easily just parked in the long term car park for half the price with no hassel. "

"The idea is great, it didn't quite work as planned. When we phoned to say we were 15 minutes away the driver knew nothing about our reservation (and we got him out of bed!!) It wasn't many minutes before he turned up and off we went on holiday. On return i called when I was in the baggage area and when we got to the pick up point the driver was there. I forgot to check straight away but noticed that my car had an extra 35 miles on the clock!"

"This service is excellent both on drop off and arrival as the drivers seem to be based very close to the airport, are courteous and friendly and give good instructions for where to meet. "
