"Thought the service was very efficient. No waiting at either end for bus and car was ready when arrived. Our flight was four hours delayed so arrived at the car park at about 12.30am. My only quibble was that the attendant who had parked my car had lowered the seat and left it like that. As it was very late, I was tired and I had a two hour drive back to Reading ahead of me, I could have done without that. Had to stop on hard shoulder to fiddle with seat adjustment (hadn't realised what he'd done whilst in the car park)."

"Needs better signage from the A446. The present signs are 1. too small, 2. lost in a maze of other signs on the roundabout, 3. do not give enough warning. Staff friendly and efficient. Good service on the bus. Will use again if we fly from BHX"

"This is the first tim eI have used Airport car parking having formally used a taxi. The service and friendliness of the staff was first class and I will definately use this service again. Not only is it a cheaper option but is actually less stressful than relying on taxi firms."

"I thought that it would be a pain having to drive past the airport and then further up the motorway to the airport, but it was fine and convenient. Usually I would catch a train but it was an early flight and trains do not run early from Stratford-Upon-Avon.
The service was very good and I got picked up easily.
Could not find the pick up phone straight away as i headed towards carisol six but I found it in the end.
Would use it again.

"This is the first time we have used aph and we were very impressed. When we arrived we left our car at reception which was handy so no need to need to find a space and walk with cases etc. We checked in at reception which was easy and the bus was there waiting so the driver took our cases and we were able just to sit down and relax, especially early in the morning. We were dropped off outside the terminal with our luggage and every thing went smoothly. On return went just as well and the staff were all very friendly and helpfull. All in all very happy and impressed, would definately use this service again as saved us alot in parking fares.

"Drop-off was impressively quick. The bus journey to the airport seemed to take ages - over 15 minutes. The real downside came on our return journey when we waited for ages while the bus became increasingly crowded. The driver was working very hard, but there really should have been another bus long before."

"This feedback relates to booking reference R473828.
The service provided by APH was excellent and the staff were most courteous and helpful. when we arrived on 13/5/07 we were dealt with at the reception within 2/3 minutes and a courtesy bus departed within another 2/3 mins. On our return to the UK the freee courtesy phone at Carousel 6 was helpful andagain we only had to wait 2/3 mins for the courtesy bus. It was most noticeable and appreciated by our party of 4 which included 2 senior citizens how helpful the young driver was in assisting us and the other passengers in getting their cases on and off the coach. Again there was no waiting at reception when I collected the key for my car and it was parked very convenient to the reception office - this helped as it was raining quite heavy. The only comment I would make is that we missed the sign off the roundabout at Farraday Avenue/Hams Hall Lane on arrival - if the APH sign were more prominent it might help others to avoid the mistake we made in going on into the industrial estate."

"Not pleased with APH, during our week away the battery on the vehicle was removed causing all settings to have to be reset, not good when you have a journey ahead and are tired.

Also, the blue receipt stated that there was a free phone in the baggage hall, we and many other APH customers searched high and low but could not find it, not easy to find change in the baggage hall when you have returned from a foreign holiday"

"Excellent price and service!! We lost our blue ticket while on holiday but had no problem getting in the transfer bus and picking up the car without it. The bus was big, modern, comfortable and fast, something I'm not used to having used different parking providers at other airports where it was standard practice to provide a rattling old mini-bus.
When we returned our car had a few scratches on it which we reported at the desk. The accident procedure was very hassle-free and efficient, very impressive!"

"Booking a car parking slot with APH has to be one of the best decisions I've ever made! It was a highly efficient operation including organistion before arrival and customer service. This was superb, especially down to the fact that I was even addressed by name immediately upon walking through the door. Transfers to and from the airport were virtually immediate and again customer service couldn't be faulted. My car was then ready and waiting for me upon return. Will definately be using APH again and will recommend to others."

"The APH parking sign indicating the direction to the site might possibly be situated better,as we missed the turn off first time round at the roundabout.

Very efficient service when we entered the site with little time to wait before being bussed to the airport.

Would it be possible to have a phone in the entrance to the airport to contact you when people return as we forgot to phone prior to picking up our luggage this being due our minds focusing on locating our luggage. - we were obviously unable to return to the phone once we had cleared customs.

All in all we had a very efficient service - we have used APH before with no problems and will do so again.

"This was our first time using this type of service and it was excellant. Took no more then 3 mins to book in and then hopped onto a waiting bus to the airport. On the way back late at night it was just as good, straight onto a bus, our car was waiting, driving out the gate within 2 mins."

"I have used this car park before and have been very pleased with the service provided. However, as I was leaving your car park yesterday, Mon. 21st., a driver in the car in front of me at the exit gate , in his words said to me "I don't know anything about an exit code"!!! He tooted his horn several times while stopped at the gate and was eventually let out by someone opening the gate from within the office. Whilst I hope that he was very carefully scrutinised by your staff for legitimacy before the gate was opened for him, no one came out to talk to him or do a visual check. I would not like to think this could have been a thief. At this point three cars exited the premises including me without having to put in an exit code. This could constitute a loophole in your security, please ivestigate and let me know the outcome if you can. Otherwise I am very satisfied. JC"
