"I used my sat nav to get to the car park & ended up miles away even though I had entered the address correctly. Upon phoning, we were told that this was a very common problem . It would be useful if the site mentioned this problem & stated on the email confirmation that it is advisable not to use a sat nav for the journey ."

"Our (4 in party) experience very good. Direction from A42 could be a little clearer. Check-in on site perfect. Found best to check in before other party members seated on bus because it could leave with you still in the office! APH phone is on airport pillar near carousel 6.
Airport pick-up perfect, driver loading luggage very helpful. Office again very efficient and car located close to office 'as if by magic' will recommend."

"Trip was good, parking good, polite bus service, will use again.

My only comment is that the directions for calling the bus from international arrivals suggests using a phone at carousel 6...couldn't find the phone so dialed the domestic arrivals number...simpler if you just suggest the same number for both."

"My parking experience sort of worked but not as efficiently as experienced elsewhere. The bus transfer was prompt but the written instructions on finding the car park are simply wrong (although it is easy to find) and on return randomly delving into an entire bucket of car keys didn't seem entirley efficient."

"I used aph in june 2008 and found them very helpful, the driver of the coach loaded our luggage onto the coach and the only downside was a 15 minute drive to the airport, on our return the transfer coach was waiting at the stop without having to ring them. All in all I have rated them 5 as I could not fault them."

"Car was returned in perfect condition. Thought the price was excellent value. Would be nice to have a courtesy phone at the airport or a free phone number. Also seemed to wait for a long time at the airport before the bus left which was something I could have lived without late in the evening."

"No hanging around with these guys, you book in the bus takes you straight there,and phone at airport to ring to tell them you have landed and they pick you up within ten minutes No hassles at all, will definatly be using these guys again. Thanks."

"I used Birmingham APH the last time I went abroad and can't find a single fault.

It is easy to find in a good location to the airport, the journey to the airport was quick and efficient and even done with a smile. To cap it all it is really great value.

It will in future be calssed as part of my holiday."

"I am an ideal customer: I can't praise your people enough. My wife and I were already impressed by how organised you were and then on our return, I left a small backpack at the airport bus stop. We were preparing to go back to the airport and hunt for the bag, but your staff said wait and we'll try first. They found the bag, put it on the next bus back and gave us some coffee while we waited. Being efficient is fine, but your staff are also nice with it."

"Excellent service. Reliable and fast transfers, faster than the advertised 20mins.

Only a fraction cheaper than the cheapest online price of on-site parking, but to be honest probably not much less convenient either."

"The site was OK to find - neither hard nor easy (for a non-local) but the signposting was clear enough when the sat-nav gave up. The book-in and transfer process went very smoothly with cheerful, helpful & friendly staff.

Upon return the courtesy phone in arrivals was a little difficult to spot (well, at 04.30 it was!) but a member of the airport staff was clearly used to people searching for it and pointed it out to us (a new, more eye-catching sign perhaps?)

Pick-up was prompt & smooth as was the trip to retieve the car. The whole process of vehicle collection has obviously been very well thought-out and refined; it couldn't have been better.

I felt confident that my car was stored securely and would definitely recommend APH for both value & service and will definitely use you again. Any comments? Well, when you replace the motors on the gates, fit faster ones!"

"The whole set-up worked very well, and everything went smoothly. The woman behind the counter got a bit arsey with me, because although I had keyed in all the flight details and times when I made my booking with Purple Parking, apparently when Purple Parking make their booking with APH they always show the return flight as coming in at the same time of day as the departing flight went out, instead of the correct time of the return flight. The woman didn't like it when I pointed out that I had keyed all that information in at the time of making the booking, and was telling her mate behind the counter in a loud voice after we walked away from the counter "Why do they need to come in here with an attitude like that?". If we hadn't encountered her negative and unsympathetic attitude it would have been a five out of five."

"The service provided was overall good. Its unfortunate that when I returned from my holiday I found several scratches along the driver side of my car.

An incident report was completed and pictures taken, however I am yet to hear from any one at APH - 6 days on."

"when we booked in with you the details of our online booking were not on the computer for some reason. However this situation was remedied fairly quickly. Apart from that everything went very smoothly and staff were very helpful. We would definitely use the service again."

"The security and transportation were acceptable, but the bus driver on the return journey to the carpark pound was extremely dour and unhelpful I was travelling alone and am 63. He placed my luggage out of reach on the top rack, without any word beinng spoken apart from 'got your blue ticket!) and did not re-appear until complained to, to assist with disembarking or retrieving luggage, resulting in my having to struggle to get my bags down, severly twisting my arm in the process. He just sat in the driving seat and let us get on with it. Very poor unnfriendly customer service. Wouod not use them again. I am MD of 2 businesses and MY staff are trained to be polite and friendly."
