"Using the Ahp car park was really easy this summer very good value, efficient and friendly staff. Will definately be booking again."

"Overall good experience. Car park is a reasonable distance from the airport but the commute time is relatively short ~15mins. Buses can fill up fast as space is limited due to luggage storage space.

The buses appear to run on demand, rather than scheduled but this worked fine for us.

We had to wait ~15mins for the bus once out of the terminal."

"Excellent service

We forgot to take the paperwork with us but a call to the service desk was all that was required to recieve verbal directions to the car park, communicate circumstances to the reception desk and ensure that we were received, parked and transported to the airport without delay.

Bus drivers were particularly helpful and courteous

"My booking was dealt with very professionally and a reduction of one day was dealt with swiftly (along with an automatic reduction in cost).
I found the car park quite easily and was processed and taken to the airport very eficiently.
On my return my phonecall was answered quickly and I was asked to wait at Bus Stop A, which I did, along with half a dozen other people. After 10-15 mins with no bus arriving, I lookd around and noticed one of your buses parked 50 yards nearer airport. On enquiring with the driver, I found that this bus was waiting for me, and the people at stop A were waiting for a different bus. At no time did the driver approach stop A to enquire if anyone was waiting for his bus, however he did mention that 'when I saw you go past, I thought you might have been looking for this bus'. I assume that this confusion also caused the other passengers on his bus to be delayed.
Once this was all clarified, we were taken to the car park and processed very smoothly. My car was ready waiting for me, and had not been damaged in any way.
I would happily use your service again.

"Really impressed! Selected APH because they seemed cheap, but the service wasn't. Flew back from Turkey at 2 in the morning and expected delays, but by the time we'd picked up luggage and got the meeting point for the bus, it was just turning up. No queue to pick up car keys and got away from secure parking really quickly. Recommended!"

"Excellent! Most efficient and friendly. The coach driver was helpful and polite. There was ample room on the coach and we did not have to wait very long for the coach to and from the airport. We will continue to use the services of APH."

"This car park in a fair haul away from the airport. The signing is poor as you approach the site and is even worse when you enter and are looking for place to park and visit the reception.

At the end of our trip we had to wait a long time for the bus to come and then we hung around for ages waiting for other flights to arrive and the bus to be full. The journey time from landing to car park was only slightly shorter than the flight time from Marseilles."

"Very good service from the start of booking to leaving car and collecting. Would be useful, though, to put a couple of more road signs up - near to the car park - for 1st time users as got slightly lost, which you don't want to do when going for a flight!!"

"Friendly, efficient service - they even help to load/unload your luggage on the bus. Minimal waiting times at either end. Only minor gripe is that the courtesy phone inside Terminal 1 baggage area seems to have disappeared."

"I could not fault the service we received. On arrival we were directed into a parking bay and at the reception the staff were friendly and efficient and the driver helped us with our bags. We arrived at the airport promptly and on returning to the UK we followed the clear instructions about calling the company and the bus was waiting for us outside to depart. No problems or hitches at all."

"Our treatment on arrival to depart was first class, our return how-ever was not very good.
on returning to the uk 19th at Birmingham there were around 60 people waiting for collection to return to the car park, after half an hour one bus turned up and could only take half the people. My car had some damage when I collected it a vertical sratch 2 inches long on the drivers door. I returned to the reception who sent a less than bright person to look at the damage, he insisted that the car park can only cause horizontal sratch damage to cars, I donot understand his mentality and would clasify him as a knuckle dragger! I have reported the damage."

"It was excellent value. The transfers were very straightforward, although the instructions given about contacting the firm on return could not be followed. A bus though was immediately available.

I would use the service again, although, especially if I was returning at night, I would want greater clarity about the use of contact telephones. Overall, very good value for money."
