"Nightmare, do not use the postcode they give you, we nearly missed the plane, as yes went to the wrong place, even though the instructions clearly stated to use a particular postcode, and our Tomtom was brand new! Due to obvious time constraints, gave up and had to use airport parking, so wasnt such a bargain!"

"Absolutely perfwct service from start to finish.

Easy to find, and very polite staff to help you on your way. This is exactly what you want to get you on your holiday, a simple easy service which everything you expect and more.

The staff in the reception were warm and friendly. The bus driver was welcoming and very helpful lifting luggage where required.

The buses were plentiful and we had no wait at all when we arrived back.

In all a very efficient, cost effective simple service which I most certainly ill be using in future and will be recommending to family and friends. Thanks for making our departure and arrival so stress free.

Have APH considered do a car valeting service whilst you are away? This is something I would certainly welcome.

"Easy to follow directions to parking, staff friendly and helpful, very good rates, downside is that it is some way from the airport but I would recommend it and will book again."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful when my battery was totally flat when I got back and also the bonnet catch had broken so the RAC had to be called. I suspect that the interior light was left on when the car was parked (by them not me) but I don't hold this against them."

"Although we live quite close to the airport the price we were quoted at APH was less that the cost of a taxi and promised security for my car while we were away as well.
On return, the bus arrived within a very short time of our landing and took us to the compound where we were quickly able to find our car and get back home.
Very good value and efficient service."

"We found the service very easy to use and convenient for our trip. We did have a little trouble finding the parking at first but just missed the turning off the roundabout as the sign is small. Drivers were helpful and friendly.

"I have used APH at Hams Hill on a number of occasions when flying from Birmingham. It is one of the best places to leave your car when parking off site. It offers great value for money; it's easy to get to; the service to get you to and from the airport is quick and efficient and the staff very helpful. I would certainly recommend using APH to any one flying from Birmingham."

"The car park could do with better signage at the last roundabout, especially with the problems with TomTom, because I missed it completely the first time. Otherwise, besides the bus leaving a wee bit later that expected, the service was very good. Pick up was smooth and quick."

"everthing worked spot on drop off and pick up exept there was no phone on the wall at caracell,it had been removed lucky enough bus was there, but it put dought in mind.but i would use the service again but make sure ihad the site number to phone when i returned,thanks,paul"

"Quite a distance from the airport but the bus was ready to leave as we arrived and waited the few minuits it took us to book in our car. We had about a 20 mins wait for the bus on return because the flight was early and the bus presumably only left the parking company when we rang to say we had landed. Maybe if the plane had been on time then the bus would have set off to be there !!"

"Very reasonably priced car park with shuttle service to & from airport.

On return, rang as instructed for shuttle service back to car park, but had to wait to report lost luggage. Shuttle bus waited for us so did not have to ring for for another shuttle bus & wait."

"My husband and I have used this carpark on many occasions. It is excellent value and offers a good, friendly service. Though the carpark is about 15-20 mins by car from the airport, the transfer buses run frequently and efficiently. The only minus, hence no perfect score, is on return at baggage reclaim you have to ring their office so a bus can pick you up. This can mean a 15-20 min wait for a transfer bus at the airport on arrival as well as the expense of a phone call. This hasn't put us off though as overall the service is good and the value is fantastic."

"having never used this carpark before we didnt know what to expect.. we found the carpark easily enough abd was very pleased with the service provided carpark staff all very helpful(even at 4.00 am) as was the bus driver from carpark to airport. Will definately be using again."

"Swift check in and transfer to airport. Everything ran smoothly with only a few minutes wait for the return bus. All in all a good service without hassle. I will certainly be using this service again."

"It was my worst experience. I was lost and no one knew where this parking was. even in the airport when i was asking how to get to this parking no one could help since they did not know where it was. I nearly missed my flight since I was going round and round. Finally I had to park my car in another carpark at which they did not accept my other booking and I had to pay another £66.00. It was not only frustraiting and nerve racking but also waste of time and money. I will never put myself going through the same experience and certainly do not recommend it for anyone!"

"Absolutely excellent service. I arrived at APH at 3.00am New Years Day. The bus left to take me to the airport with 10 minutes of me arriving. Whe n I got back (8.00am on 20/1/10) I phoned using the courtesy phone and was told to make my way to the bus stop where a driver was waiting for me. I was the only one on the bus but there was no waiting around, I was returned immediately to the car park and re-united with my car. The only advice I could offer would be to make the courtesy phone easier to find. It was by carousel 6 but was a a standard type of domestic phone and was just sitting on the floor. I had to ask 3 airport staff where it was before finding it."
