Arrival procedure

When you enter the Drop & Go Car Park, press for a ticket to gain entry, then make your way to the NCP Premium Meet & Greet cabin, located near to the exit where our Meet & Greet staff will be waiting to assist you. After a few checks have been completed, you will then make your way to the terminal building, a short walk away.


Return procedure

On your return, when your flight arrives back at Birmingham, please call the car park on 0121 7816697 as soon as you clear immigration to ensure that we have your vehicle ready for you. Then make your way to the NCP Premium Meet & Greet cabin, located near the exit, where our Meet & Greet staff will be waiting to assist you. As soon as you have your keys, make your way to one of the exit barriers in the Drop & Go Car Park, press for assistance and quote your booking reference and our control centre staff will raise the barrier for you.



Birmingham Valet (NCP Premium Meet & Greet) is an official on-airport parking service with CCTV and regular security patrols. The car park will also have been granted the ‘Park Mark’ award for safer parking.


Additional information

Birmingham Valet is open 365 days a year.

The car park does not accept trailers.

Distance to airport

Birmingham Valet collect your car from the Drop & Go car park next to the terminals. On your return your car will be handed back to you where you dropped it off.

Transfers from airport

Transfers are not required as the Drop & Go car park is located right next to the terminals.
