"I found the service faultless, the only problem i would never do non-recoverable, as in this instance the plane we was due to go out on was cancelled due to French air traffic control on strike, and we could not get any redress for the parking.

Next morning I noticed that there was a large spillage mark on the front seat which had dried with no evidence of an attempt to clean it. this makes me wonder what has happened to my car while I have been away."

"Everything worked well, and we were grateful that the details for our return journey were checked on arrival - because I'd made a mistake on the booking that could have meant us turning up three days early to collect the car! Would definitely recommend this gentle stroll in to the terminal building in preference to the stress of leaving your car miles from the airport. The only slightly confusing thing is you book with Aardvark but get acknowledgement and forms from Meteor - why the difference?"

"Excellent service, 1st time I have used a meet and greet service and will definitely use it again.
The staff were there when we arrived and we were in the terminal 5 mins later.
On my return a week later I rang them once we had collected our luggage and the car was waiting for us by the time we exited the terminal.
And all for £5 more than onsite park it yourself then catch a bus."

"This is a very good parking experience, easy to locate and so close to the terminal. Staff are very helpful and the service is excellent. I will certainly use again when flying from Birmingham."

"Can't fault this service. Phoned 10 minutes from Birmingham airport and they were there to meet us. Handover took only about 2 minutes. On return phoned after clearing customs and by the time we had walked to the car park (again, about 2 minutes) our car was there ready. On our way about 3 minutes later. Excellent and trouble free."

"Excellent and simple-to-find reception in the short-stay car park. Polite helpful attendant. Car already ready when we emerged from the airport building on our return journey. Note : I had not phoned on our return because the yellow receipt I received on departure was by this time in my luggage. Can you think of issuing customers with a simple card (with the relevant phone number in big letters) which I can put in my top pocket so that it will be handily available when I come back? Could be helpful."

"Excellent service on arrival at the airport both before and after my trip, very polite staff One or two minor marks on the vehicles paintwork that were not there when I left - possibly to be expected if left in a long stay car park with no supervision - the disclaimer states there is no comeback against the company. I would not recommend for absences of more than a day or two - I would have been extremely upset if there had ben more minor marks or even a major problem with no comeback against the firm."
