The only minus point is that the parking is difficult to find(especialy night time)The sign to the business area is only wel sign posted from one side,took us 20 minutes to find it in the dark,never the less, friendly staff en quick transfer.Would use this carpark again now I know where it is!!! On return to Red Cent car park, I noticed the front bumper of my car had been damaged. It took 2 weeks for the proprietor to contact me and a further 2 weeks for him to re-emburse me for the damage to my car. I wasn't very impressed with Red Cent's after sales service and I most certainly will not be recommending them to family or friends!

First class service from Red Cent. Everything was handled in a very fast and efficient manner with no waiting about. No hesitation in using this service every time.

I booked a slot for weekend parking at short notice (Friday pm), when some other budget car-parks were already booked up for the next week or more. Excellent !
Red Cent were easy to find, although rather more than the distance I'd expected from the "5 mins from the airport" description I read somewhere. However the car/key drop-off was efficient and I did not have to wait long to be on my way to the airport.
The return trip was not such a good experience. The flight was on time (details provided), but despite having no hold baggage, and calling as requested immediately I entered the terminal, it took about 30 mins overall to see me in my car. Most of this was long wait for the bus to collect me. If I were just on my way home it wouldn't matter so much, but it was 09:15 and I needed to be on my way into work..... In future I will definitely consider parking within a short walk of the terminal.
Overall Red Cent are good value, but they could make it clearer what typical transfer times to expect.

As usual the service to and from airport was fast and efficient with helpful drivers, particularly the young lady who brought my wife and myself back from airport, she was very pleasant and cheerful. However on a wet and windy evening I feel my car could have been brought over closer to reception (instead of us having to walk to it over slightly muddy and wet ground
pulling a case and carrying hand luggage. I was delighted however to note that the ramp at the entrance had been modified since my last time with you.
Well done! I would have no hesitation about recommending your park to anyone.

Very happy with the service, arrived back at the airport 2315, on a Fri, phoned for the minibus and it was there within 10 mins, so would reccommend Red Cent, and at the cost saving over the Airport car park prices, will defninatly use Red cent again.

I have used this car park for 2nd time and found the service to be courteous and efficient. The journey time to the airport is about 5 minutes and takes the hassle and cost if using the log stay car park, which is hugely expensive.

As we were running a bit late to make our check-in and appreciated the quickness of leaving our car in your hands and your driver getting us there in time. The return journey however was a different story. Unfortunately I could not read the phone number correctly or else for some reason or other my mobile would not let me phone you. After numerous attempts, we proceeded to the pick up point anyway and were lucky enough that there were others waiting to be picked up too. There was no problem though for the driver to take us also and the journey back was pleasant enough. I would use your service again and recommend it to others.

Red Cent car parking was very convenient to the airport, only 5 minutes to the terminal and efficient as we were picked up within 5 minutes of ringing on our return, all at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this car park.

Straightforward and courteous service for the lowest prices arround BFS. Remember to add 10 minutes for bus and eait time though.

its my first time using Red Cent and i found them very helpfull and very reasonably priced, the service they offered was second to none and i would recommend them to everyone, i know the car park i'll be using in future.

First time I have used this car park. I was very impressed with all of the service provided, from reception to mini-bus driver, and very impressed with the cheeriness of the receptionist at 3.30am on my return to pick up my car! Will definitely use this car park again.

We had to wait 25mins for return pick up with 2 kids of 10 and 5yrs at 12midnight and it was freezin. Bus had come but it filled up in no time so we had to wait till it left the first load up to car park and come back for us. When we eventally arrived at red cent we seen 3 other idle red cent mini buses in car park. They could have at least put two drivers on instead of making customers wait for 1 minibus..

This was our second time booking with Red Cent parking. The first time we had no problems. This time was fine when we were departing as it was a nice sunny day. When we returned we rang the number to let them know our plane had landed. The guy said when you get your bags, ring again which i thought was going to delay our pickup. When we got our bags we did ring again but waited about 30 mins for them to arrive. It was 5am and pouring with rain. I feel that they should make their way ot the airport as soon as the plane lands so they are at the door when customers arrive, cold and tired in the middle of the nite. When we did arrive, we had to walk in the pouring rain to the far part of the carpark to collect our car. I feel if you have a reference number, they should drive the car to the office for the clients to collect. Other carparks i have visited would have done this for me. Especially in attrocious weather conditions. Carpark is not very spacious either. Glad I got a chance to comment on this. Thank you.

We traveled in the middle of the night and found the Red Cent car park a little difficult to fine. When we arrived we were truely impressed how quickley we were booked in and on our way to the Airport. On our return we phone the Red Cent number and quoting our reference number, we were given a coach arrival time of about 5 minutes and was pleased to see that it was sooner that than. The driver checked out reference number and we were allowed to board the coach. No line jumping here, WHAT A CHANGE thank you Red Cent..

The price for this car park was very resonable. When booking online they gave very clear directions on how to get to the car park. They provided a very good service.I would definately recommend this company.

Very good service. They were busy when we arrived but remained courteous and got us to the airport as quickly as possible, and collected us promptly when we returned late at night. Most important thing - we didn't feel anxious at any point about being delayed.

Good service as usual. Bus was there waiting to take me to the airport which is good to reduce the stress. Waited about 5-10 minutes for it after arrival, as expected. Car well looked after, weight off my mind being away. Competitive prices. Overall good experiences as usual.

Booking through FHR comparison site made Red Cent the obvious choice regarding price and situation. However having 'had the experience' I have no hesitation in recommending Red Cent. Reception area was clearly marked and easily accessed. Staff were courteous and professional. An easy 5 minute drive to the airport and we were deposited outside the departure area. On return, our car was waiting, keys returned promptly and we were on our way home in minutes. Will be booking RED CENT for all our future trips.
