Fantastic service, very quick turnaround at both departure and arrival! Very pleasant staff too! This would certainly be my first choice for aiport parking again and would recommend them to friends and family

Pleasant staff at reception desk, and warm waiting area until bus was available about 10 minutes on the outward journey, also gave me information as to how book slightly more cheaply the next time.
10min wait to pick at terminal on return, but given the distance the car parking is from airport this acceptable.
Yes you have to allow for the distance/time taken to get to terminal but it was half the price of airport long stay and almost half of other car parks, some of whom want your car key as well!!

That was the first time we had used Karl airport parking and it was excellent. No formes to fill in upon arrival and the driver was even waiting for us when we got off the flight. First class.

Good car park, bit slow getting lifted from the Airport on our return due to Karl staff asking us not to phone until we had our luggage. It would seem more appropriate to phone Karl when into the Terminal, so they would have time to get over to the Airport while people are waiting for their luggage!

brillant everything was really great went smoothly drop off and pick even though we were delayed the driver was very helpful and dropped us right at the car many thanks will use again

This is my third time using Karl parking and am very happy with the service. The driver was very friendly and dropped us back to our car. Would definately use this company again.

Excellent service all round: from courteous greeting when we first arrived (around 5am on Thursday), to prompt collection from airport and lift to the exact spot where our car was parked in the car park.
This is my third time using Karl - and, DV, it won't be the last. Very highly recommended!

Recently parked at Karl parking at Aldergrove. Very pleased with the service. Pleasant helpful staff. No delay in getting to and from Airport. Costs were very reasonable and I was able to amend my arrival by an hour without additional cost. Would recommend them.

Thank you for you help and assistance in parking at belfast Int airport. I found the service very good, courtious and efficient. My only concern would be that in very bad winter weather it will be unpleasant to have to wait out in the open to be collected at the Airport. Improved lighted sign on the road would help to locate your site. Only helpful comments for you.

I was impressed by the promptness i was taken to the airport once my car was parked. The staff were polite and helpful. When i returned i just phoned their number and within minutes i was picked up. It was all so hassle free so i would definitely use again.

look no further. without doubt this is the best car parking experience i've enjoyed at any major airport. the staff are friendly, conscientious and helpful with baggage. the car parking is all hard standing and you retain your own keys. you've even less distance to walk to the departure hall than if you had used the long stay car park (at twice the price). returning to your car you will be dropped off 10 feet from it. no lengthy wait or walk in the rain!

Returning to Belfast Int last night from Malaga (the flight touched down on time at 11:45pm)I was expecting to be back in my car by 12:15am(on past service from Karl Airport Parking)but due to difficulties we and 4 other parties had in contacting Karl Airport Parking we had to endure an hour of extremely wet and windy weather before getting back to our car. Additional expense was caused by contacting 118118 to get connected - but to no avail. This was a inferior service and I don't believe it can all be put down to a faulty telephone service.

Good service. No waiting around for lift to airport or collection upon return. Website forgot to include the £2 charge for drop off on top of the daily fee for parking. Overall good service though.

I was very disappointed with the service we got at Karl Airport Parking. Our flight from London Gatwick arrived just after 7pm on wednesday, 3rd November. I rang Karl Airport Parking at 7.15pm and we were not collected until 7.50pm. we had been standing 35 mins in the rain. I had to ring twice before they eventually picked my daughter and me up at 7.50pm. They have serious problems with communication between base and customers.

The man at reception (on both occasions), was gruff and authoritarian and did not present a welcoming or positive image of the service. On return to the airport, I rang whilst waiting for my luggage requesting pickup, but he asked me not to ring until I physically had my luggage, which I felt would be too late given the distance of the car park from the airport. This proved correct as were left standing in the wind and rain waiting for the coach to collect us.
I would have to say that first impressions are indeed lasting impressions, and I would be very reluctant to use Karl Airport Parking again and will only do so as a last resort.

Karl Parking was top class - I would recommend it to everyone going to Belfast airport....the driver was very friendly and we are going away again in Feb and wil definately be using Karl again......

Good price compared to other big names. However there was a slight delay in pick-up. In fairness I put this down to one and all, myself included expecting the pick-up to have been there to greet arrival assuming someone else had rang. Hence there was a slight confrontation between one individual and the driver. The driver had a list of names but had politely asked four individuals to remain behind for the next pick-up. It was not the drivers fault as he was trying to be fair. Mr Angry plus three refused to remain thus holding us all back outside in the cold & rain until sorted. Used Karl before, good service. Otherwise you can pay £18 more if you wish to be picked up and dropped off more promptly, namely 5mins quicker.

Overall the service was very good with a quick shuttle service with friendly drivers. The parking area gave a good sense of security although could do with some more lighting in the carpark. I was mildly annoyed at being asked for an additional fee for the airport access. Even though this was a small amount it should have been declared at the time of online booking as some of the other carparks prices were the same and the reason I chose Karl was for the fact they weren't asking for an additional credit card fee at the time.

Uses Karl Parking for the first time and found them very good, no problems to report at all. Prompt pick up on arriving back and actually dropped off at car.
Overall very impressed, very reasonable being much cheaper than airport parking and will most definately use Karl parking again.

I found the experience of using Katrl Airport Parking Ltd very good. The staff were courteous, transhers were quick and no major delays. I would use Karl again and recommend them to anyone.

location is excellent and easily found.I arrived at 4am only to find no one in reception. I rang the number displayed but got no reply but after about 10 mins the mini bus arrived.At the reception desk I was asked to pay another £1 to cover the cost of the new charging system at airport for parking.If all the parties who travelled to airport on my coach paid the company must have made about £5 but the parking charges are not that expensive each time.
On my return I went to parking bays to find buses from other companies (cosmo,mc laughlins etc) but no ARL. what is the point in putting down your arrival time on booking form if they are only goging to come when you phone. Also if I have to pay to cover their parking charges then they should pay to cover my phone calls. I did give them all my times on the application form.After phoning and a wait of another 10 - 15 mins the bus eventually arrived. At 1.00am the last thing you want is to be kept waiting in the cold. A very disappointing experience in all.
