I recently booked and paid for car park and received email to say everything was booked and the camera would recognise the number plate etc this was all great until I went to recheck the email on way to airport and the original email was replaced with one that said I left the booking site before payment which I didn't ???? So as we had very little time to spare and we were at the airport we decided to try go in to car park which thankfully read our number plate and barrier lifted and worked on way out again just cant understand the misleading email was actually panicking and nearly went through booking process again!

Arriving at the carpark on 20 September 2017 we could not find a space until we reached 15E where we parked. It was a wet morning and we decided to telephone from the bus stop for a pick up. No telephone service on the automatic phone in the cubicle - a contact telephone number which we phoned - each time we rang, it registered engaged. We ended up carting our luggage to the airport building (there were, of course no trolleys in this outback). No sign of a bus in the car park during this whole procedure.
Returning on 27th September 2017 we were unsurprised to find that the designated bus stop was just as empty as the outward journey - lifted the phone again - this time we got an engaged tone for 10 minutes. There was a gale blowing - wind, sheeting rain and another 10 minute walk to 15E to collect our car. For a couple in their 70s this was not a pleasant experience - and we will NEVER park here again.

Couldn't find a spot to park, then had to walk about 1/4 of a mile to the terminal building with a load of luggage and nearly left us late for our flight. Won't be using again ????

Close to the airport, very handy but a bit dearer than other car parks. Only used this one as the others were full. Couldn't find my car when I got back, my fault I know. I knew the I'd parked it in "B" /G but there were rows and rows of B's and the G sign was pointing in the other direction, so it wasn't until I was right up beside it, that I found the car. In other car parks, the car would have been left out for me.

The parking was very good. The camera on entering did not recognise my number plate. Even though it was very clean and clear so I had to scan the barcode. Same when leaving. Other than that everything went smoothly. Definitely use this service again.

Very secure car park I parked my car 29th/June@12pm I had to drive around to try and get a parking place as the car park was full. Seemed to be overbooked probably because its peak season. I did eventually squeeze into a difficult spot.

Got to the car park, after following all online instructions; and surprise surprise, it didn't recognise our reg number. Had to take a ticket to gain entry to the car park, which made following all online instruction a farce.
Pressed the buzzer, guy told us this happens all the time !
Had to press the buzzer to exit car park on return from holiday.
Dreadful communication, won't use again.

It's handy for the airport but usually very difficult to find a space - I wonder if there's any point in booking in advance since there seems to be no advantage to doing so!

On entry to the car park my registration was recognised and the barrier opened. However, on leaving my registration was not recognised. I tried to scan the barcode but this did not work so had to ask for assistance which was given promptly.

The car park is fine and I've used it many times successfully with the automatic number plate recognition system - however when I used your website it failed completely and I had to negotiate entry and exit by way of the intercom. Maybe this was a one-off glitch but nectarines time I'll revert to booking direct with the official car park website.

My experience at the long stay car park this time went without a hitch - thankfully
As the last time I left my car in the park in February I returned from my holiday, only to find my new car off four months, had been damaged & no one was prepared to even investigate never mind accept responsibility !!!

Very good and handy to the airport, the only thing I found wrong was people found it difficult getting out the camera wasn't recognizing the registration numbers quick enough.

Could not gain entry or exit to car park as instructions email ie go forward to camera for No Reg reconation. Prepaid but had to use credit card to gain entry, got sorted but most frustrating when people behind are pushing to get in.

Very straightforward - camera recognised car registration and admitted us without any problem.
Easy walking distance to the Departures area of the airport terminal - no need to wait for a connecting bus.
Again as we exited the car park it was very straightforward.
Would definitely recommend and use again.

excellent experience with our airport parking. Plane was in later than we had anticipated and thought we were going to be charged extra (as technically it ran into the next day - flight was supposed to be in at 11.30 pm - didn't get in until 12.10). Delighted when we were sent on our merry way!!

This is the second time we have used this car park. However I drive a Donegal registered car and the registration was not picked up this time or last time. And neither was the bar code.

same as last time I used your car park, came home in earley hours of 7/5/17 ,gate would not open with no, plate, tried using bar code on paperwork supplied with online booking, would not work. this is twice this has happened, last time was in july 2017, said would not use carpark again, gave it a second chance this time ,no use, that's me finished with this car park. discraceful !!
