Transfers from airport	Courtesy bus runs every half hour from 04:15 to 00:45 outbound and 04:30 to 01:00 on return. If you need to arrive between 01:00 and 04:00 please call 07805 067346 to arrange collection.
Directions	Please check your booking confirmation for details. This Car Park is located at the Hilton Stansted Hotel, which is situated next to the BAA Long Stay Car Park. Bookings made for this product will NOT be valid at the Long Stay Car Park. Follow the signs for Stansted Airport and the Hilton Hotel (Post Code for SAT NAV - CM24 1SF). The entrance to the Hotel is located on the left just before reaching the Long Stay Car Park.
Arrival procedure	Please check your booking confirmation for details. On arrival, take a ticket and park in one of the Pink Elephant marked bays, located in the last right turn after the barrier. Walk into the Hotel, turn left and follow the Pink Eleph ant signs to the Car Park Office to check in and hand over your keys. Your car will be parked for you. Take the hotel transfer bus to the airport.
Return procedure	Please check your booking confirmation for details. On return, follow signs for the Coach Station and Stand 30. Take the Hilton Bus back to the Hotel which runs every half hour from 04:30 to 01:00. Collect your keys from the Office who will issue an exit ticket and direct you to your car.
Security	Cars will be parking at the Hilton Hotel, which has barrier control, CCTV and 24 hour security.
