I was a little bit suspicious about this service at the beginning because I always used Stansted airport parking and didn't know much of any other options.

First of all:
- the price - what a bargain!!! I could not believe my own eyes.
- service - extremely polite and professional to my surprise. i would not expect anything like that for that price.
- contact - over the phone help I received was also outstanding. I was met at the airport immediatly by one of the representatives and i got my car back even quicker. Everything HASSLE FREE.

only if the airport staff would be as nice as the staff from ORANGE Meet and Greet then everyone would be walking in and out of the airport with a big smile on their faces.

I would definitely use it again :) 5* from me

Poor

disaster - booking made but no details of reservation on arrival at Stansted. Your representative was initially rude until things got sorted out. However at times did not want to give any assistance as the blame was on the company that i made the reservation through. Matters got rather heated because of his tolerence level.
On return back to the car park i was given a token for the automatic barrier. A payment of £2.50 was requested and i refused. Again another incident with your different representative who stated that i must have taken over half an hour to reach the barrier, Definitely not the case, again unfortunatley another aggresive individual who was total clueless about customer care. I would suggest that you should get your reservation procedures in order and stafff should attend appropriate training courses

Booked Orange Park & Ride and when we contacted Car park 20 minutes before arrival, we had been upgraded to 'Meet & Greet'. We were met at teh airport when we arrived. On our return, we phoned after collecting our bagage and the car was waiting outside for us. Very good service & would use again

Fantastic service!!

I dropped the car off at the main entrance at Stanstead and walked straight into the terminal to check in

And on arrival, the car was once again waiting in front of the building

With service this good, I will certainly be using them again, and have already recommended them to family and friends

Best carparking service we've ever used, got us quickly to the airport with minimum fuss. On arrival, we walked out of the building, we were immediately greeted and our car was less than 20 metres away, we were on the road in minutes!

We travelled over a weekend of horrible weather conditions which caused countless flight changes and cancellations. Surely, the car parking staff had a lot of extra work.
We still got our car in time, presented friendly and without any fuss - VERY GOOD!
Highly recommended!

the parking at stansted was excellent, great service from the staff, as we arrived we didn,t wait any time before we where taken to the airport, delivered to the door, when we arrived back from our hols we made the call and within ten minutes we where picked as promised and delived back to our car, no problems would highly reccommend the parking service

A very good service, we had a bit of a problem finding it but when we rang they were very helpful and the location was close to the airport with very little wait for the transfers each way. I was impressed that they checked the car, mileage and petrol when we left it.

This is the third different Stanstead parking service I have used. The staff are friendly, polite, reassuring and knowledgeable. The parking attendants make you feel looked after, and seem to know more about the timing and logistics of your trip and flights than you do. There is no feeling of being part of a constant conveyor belt of customers as with other parking services, and no queueing at desks with endless paperwork. Speedy, efficient, compact service. Got off to a dodgy start - nobody from company at pick up at agreed time and calls went straight to answerphone - at 4am on deserted unlit lane beginning to wonder if this was genuine outfit. But 15 minutes max later, van turned up - there had been problem getting out of depot or similar. From then on in, only good things to report, friendly, helpful staff, prompt drop-off right outside airport entrance. Same for pick-up, and our car ready out front to drive off back at office. For us with toddler in tow plus carseat/buggy plus luggage, much easier and less stress than the car park and bus option - would use again.

We thought Orange parking were fabulous. The staff were friendly, helpul and swift to help out. They were the cheapeast but also (probably) the closest to the airport. The only downside was our car was pretty dusty when we got it back, however it had been very warm and their carpark isn't tarmac. Overall though, I big thumbs up to Orange.

Apart from being a bit difficult to find when arriving in the dark (the signs were hard to spot), the service was excellent at both ends of the journey. We did not have to wait at any point and would be happy to recommend this car parking service to other travellers.

Very efficient service. Was dropped off outside the ariport in a car and picked up in the minibus from the blue carpark on arrival back in the UK. This was a busy time with several flights arriving close together. Would definately use then again.

All fine until came to follow directions to be collected. Instructions stated half way down ramp turn right but no right turn only left. Ended up walking all over the place with my two young children and being totally stressed out at the end of my holiday. Not what I needed.
Poor instructions.

Seems a very efficient and certainly good value service. In the end I simply dropped my car off at the red car park, and the driver was there on time. On return the wait for the bus was only a few minutes. Only caveat is that if I had a new or fancy car I would think twice about using this service, as the security doesn't look as effective as the "official" parks.

All worked very well except the instructions for finding the Orange Park and Ride office were not as clear as they could be. Initially we were confused by the Orange Short Term Car Park. Once found, the transfer between the office and the terminal was swift. I would be very happy to use them again, now I know where to find them!

The staff were extremely well organised and professional. The only problem was the telephone number to call ahead of arrival was unclear. There were two numbers given with Park and Go Services' number clearly printed on the first page and the relevant contact number inconspicuously placed on the second page. The contact number for Orange parking should be more clear.

The location of the carpark might not be easy to find if you dont read the directions carefully. Once there, staff was very helpfull and although I did not phone as adviced, 20 minutes before arriving, the carrier who took me to the airport was ready within 5 minutes on my arrival. To my surprise it took only about 2 minutes to arrive at Stansted airport. Very convenient indeed. On my return,at my phone call my car was allready waiting for me at the Red Car park. I never had a good service like this before from another carpark and I got some experience as I travel by air every week.

I was required to move to another location, upon arriving at the meeting point and ringing. This caused me some stress as I was short on time but other than this, no complaints.
