Directions

From M60: Exit at Junction 8 onto the A6144(M) to Carrington. At the second set of traffic lights turn left into Isherwood Road. Airparks West is on the right after 700m. (Formerly Ringway/Carrington)

From the M61 and M62: Follow signs to South Manchester and Stockport. This becomes the M60 (follow directions from M60 above).

From the A57 or A628: Joining the M67 at Junction 1 turn left onto the M66 Stockport. The M66 becomes the M60 (follow directions from M60 above).

From Buxton (Derbyshire/Nottinghamshire): Follow the A6 to Stockport, and turn left at the traffic lights where you will immediately pass Stockport College into Greek Street. Follow the M60 signs S.W. Liverpool, Bolton. Stay on the M60 following Liverpool, Bolton or Trafford Centre (follow directions from the M60 above).

From Cheshire and the M6 Motorway: Exit at J19 and join the A556 towards Manchester. After approximately 3 miles join the M56 heading for Manchester. Follow the M56 past junction 4 and continue onto the A5103 joining the M60 towards Bolton and The Trafford Centre (follow directions from the M60 above).

Please note: Do not exit at the airport junction on the M60, but continue through to junction 8 as per the directions above.

Transfers from airport

Transfers operate on a twenty-four hour basis, seven days a week. Transfer frequency is approximately 20 minutes (please ask reception upon arrival for next available transfer). Please note that the transfers run to the station interchange located near terminal two. This is connected to terminals one and two via the skylink moving walkways. Customers with a lot of luggage are not advised to walk and may consider an alternative airport parking option such as Meet and Greet.

Arrival procedure

Upon arrival, please park your vehicle in one of the marked bays and present your printed email confirmation or quote your booking reference. Hand your car keys in and your vehicle will be parked for you while you board the transfer bus to the terminal interchange. Your car will be checked by our staff and timed digital photographs will be taken of any marks or damage visible.

Return procedure

On return, simply wait where you were dropped off and our 20 minute bus service will transfer you back to the car park. You will be provided with full details once you have checked your vehicle in at the car park reception.

Security

The car park is equipped with floodlighting, security fencing and also benefits from 24 hour security patrols. The security barriers at the premises are fitted with an intercom for additional security. The car park does not currently benefit from CCTV however it is currently in the process of being installed (as of the 19th of February 2009).

The car park has been awarded the Park Mark Award for safer parking as well as being ISO9001 certified.

Disabled facilities

The transfer buses are accessible for wheelchair users.

Additional information

Airparks Manchester Ringway require that you leave your keys with them when you park your car.

Airparks are able to carry bikes, surfboards, canoes or other large objects on their buses. But please note there is limited space for such items and that customers may need to allow additional time for transfers (in case they cannot get on the first bus). If you are bringing large items with you we suggest you drop them off at the airport before parking your car. Remember to check beforehand that your airline will accept them for carriage.

The booking can't be cancelled or amended.

Airparks Return Greet

Airparks Express service means you don't have to get a return transfer when you arrive back at Manchester airport. Instead, Airparks will bring your car to the terminal for your collection.
