Transfers from airport	N/A - Meet and Greet.
Arrival procedure	15 minutes prior to arrival at the airport, call the chauffeur to let him know that you are running on time. They will arrange to meet you outside the airport terminal at a designated area. Once there, they will help you unload your luggage and take your car to be stored at a secure car park for the duration of your trip. The departure times given are the times the chauffeur will have scheduled for you; any other times cannot be guaranteed.
Return procedure	Simply call the chauffeur on your return. Let them know you have collected your luggage and cleared customs. They will be waiting at a pre-arranged designated area with your vehicle. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform PPS of any change to the return time.
Security	The car park is manned 24 hours a day. The car park also has security fencing and a digital CCTV system.
