Distance to airport	Located on the airport with a short bus transfer to Terminal 2.
Transfers from airport	Transfers run 24 hours a day every 15 minutes and just take five minutes to reach the terminals. Look out for bus number 2. Please note the transfer bus only serves Terminal 2.
Directions	Leave the M56 at Junction 5. Keep to the left and take the first exit signposted terminal 2. At the first roundabout turn right following signs to terminal 2. At the second roundabout take the second exit signposted Long Stay Parking keeping to the right hand lane. Proceed straight on at the third roundabout then turn right at the T-junction then left at the next junction. The entrance to Manchester Airport - Long Stay T2 is directly ahead of you.
Arrival procedure	Please check your booking confirmation as details may vary. Before you set off, ensure you have the same credit or debit card you used to make the booking. Please take a copy of your email confirmation (or make note of your booking reference). At the barrier place the same payment card used to make the booking into the slot on the barrier control panel. Please do not press for a ticket. You booking will be recognised and the barrier will raise automatically. Please remember to remove your card before continuing to park your car. If you do not have the same card used to make the booking OR your card is not recognised, please do not insert a different card. Either show, or tell the attendant your booking reference number by pressing the buzzer at the barrier.
Return procedure	Please check your booking confirmation as details may vary. Make your way to the exit. The departure procedures are the same as the arrival procedures: At the barrier place the same payment card used to make the booking into the slot on the barrier control panel. You booking will be recognised and the barrier will raise automatically. Please remember to remove your card before continuing your onward journey. If you do not have the same card used to make the booking OR your card is not recognised, please do not insert a different card. Either show, or tell the attendant your booking reference number by pressing the buzzer at the barrier.
Security	The car park is fully secured and is regularly patrolled by security staff. It has security fencing and good floodlighting. This car park has been awarded the Park Mark, a national security award accredited by the Association of Chief Police Officers.
