Transfers from airport	Transfers run 24 hours a day every 15 minutes and just take five minutes to reach the terminals. Look out for bus number 2. Please note the transfer bus only serves Terminal 2.
Directions	Leave the M56 at junction 5. At the roundabout, turn right towards terminal 2. At the next roundabout take the second exit, which is signposted Long Stay parking. Stay in the right hand lane and follow the road round. At the next roundabout, go straight on. Turn right at the T-junction, then left at the next T-junction.
Arrival procedure	Please check your booking confirmation as details may vary by provider. You should bring a copy of your booking confirmation with you to the car park. If your confirmation has a barcode, just scan the barcode at the entry barrier. If it doesn't, just put the debit or credit card you booked with into the slot. The barrier will lift. If it doesn't lift, or you don't have your card, press the buzzer so you can speak to a member of staff. What you mustn't do is take a ticket or use a different card, as the machine may then try to charge you again when you leave. The last four digits of the card you booked with will be on your confirmation.
Return procedure	Please check your booking confirmation as details may vary by provider. As before, just scan the barcode on your booking confirmation or put the credit or debit card you booked with into the slot on the exit barrier. If you took a ticket when you came in, or you don't have the card you booked with, press the buzzer and speak to a member of staff. You'll need to have your booking confirmation to hand. Don't put a different card from the one you booked with into the machine.
Security	The car park is fully secured and is regularly patrolled by security staff. It has security fencing and good floodlighting. This car park has been awarded the Park Mark, a national security award accredited by the Association of Chief Police Officers.
Insurance	Parking is at the vehicle owner's own risk, subject to the car parks printed terms and conditions.
