Transfers from airport	Transfers run 24 hours a day, every 15 minutes and they are included in the price. They take approximately 5 to 10 minutes to reach the terminals.
Directions	Please check your confirmation email for details. Exit M56 at Junction 5 for Manchester airport. At the traffic lights you will see the Hilton Hotel in front of you. Follow the signs for Cheadle leaving the Hilton Hotel on your right. At the next roundabout take the second exit, continuing down West Ringway Road. Go down this road to the traffic lights at the Total petrol station and turn right. Follow Styal Road for a short distance looking out for Manchester Airport Shuttle Park entrance on your right. JetParks 3 is immediately adjacent to the Shuttle Park and will be signposted with the JetParks / Captain Parks logos.
Arrival procedure	Please check your confirmation email for details. You should bring a copy of your booking confirmation with you to the car park. The car park has automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) - so if you can give us your car registration number when you book, you'll save yourself time when you get to the car park. Take a ticket at the barrier, which will lift automatically when it recognises your number plate. This may take up to 20 seconds. Then just drive in and park. If the barrier doesn't lift, scan the barcode on your booking confirmation at the barrier. If there's no barcode, press the help button.
Return procedure	Please check your confirmation email for details. Just drive to the exit barrier. If it doesn't lift automatically, scan the barcode on your booking confirmation or press the help button.
Security	The car park is manned 24 hours a day, has security fencing and 24-hour CCTV. Please note that although the CCTV is monitored, it's not always recorded.
