Distance to airport	This is a Meet & Greet service where you will be met at your departure terminal.
Transfers from airport	No transfer required as this is a Meet & Greet service.
Directions	Please check your booking confirmation for details. If you are travelling from Terminal 1: Follow signs for Terminal 1 Departures, go into drop off area at the far end. Terminal 2: Follow signs for Terminal 2 Departures, go to the far end of Departure level. Terminal 3: Follow signs for Terminal 3 Multi Storey, we will meet you on Level 4. Please note Terminals 1 & 3 have a height restriction of 6ft 6ins. If your vehicle exceeds this please call the car park in advance and we will give you an alternative pick up point.
Arrival procedure	Please check your booking confirmation for details. An APH Chauffeur wearing an orange jacket and an APH Identity Badge will meet you at the designated collection point for your terminal.
Return procedure	Please check your booking confirmation for details. Full returns procedure will be issued by your Chauffeur when they collect your car.
Security	Park Mark - Safer Parking Award. Your car will be stored at APH which is manned 24hrs with CCTV and barrier controls.
