Transfers from airport	No transfers are needed - your car is collected outside the terminal when you leave, and brought back when you return.
Directions	When you arrive at the airport, follow the signs for the priority set-down zone, which is outside the terminal.
Arrival procedure	Make your way to the priority set-down zone and park your car in one of the bays. Your driver will check your car in. You will need to give them your car keys, so make sure you remove all your other keys from your key ring. Drivers are not allowed to wait longer than 10 minutes in the set-down zone. Therefore if you are running more than 20 minutes early or late for your drop-off time, you may be asked to drive to the Mid Stay car park and wait there until your driver calls you and asks you to come to the set-down zone. You will not be charged for waiting in the Mid Stay car park. In case your driver needs to contact you before your drop-off time, when you give us your phone number, it's best to give us a mobile that you can be contacted on on your way to the airport.
Return procedure	After you have collected your luggage and cleared Customs, you should make your way to the pick-up and drop-off area. When you get there, give Park and Fly a call and your driver will bring your car to you. Don't call before you get there, as they can't wait in the drop-off area for more than 10 minutes. There is a Ł1 exit fee when you leave the drop-off area, but this will be paid for you.
Security	The car park is protected by security guards 24 hours a day. It is covered by CCTV and enclosed by a fence. When your driver meets you outside the terminal, he or she will be carrying photo ID and wearing the Park and Fly uniform.
Insurance	The car park is comprehensively insured. Parking is at the owner's own risk and is subject to the terms and conditions of the car park, copies of which are available from your driver.
