Come off at Junction 10 and come down slip road which is Junction 10 A, to the bottom, at the large roundabout, take the second exit. At traffic lights turn left, at roundabout take first exit passing Retail Park on the right, at mini roundabout, take second exit, at next mini roundabout, take second exit, pub on right, this is Kimpton Road, take first right turn opposite Hayward Tyler, this is service road into retail Park, our entrance is on left hand side.
From the Hitchin A505:
From Hitchin, you will pass a Hilton Hotel, on your right, be careful speed camera ahead, at large roundabout, take second exit, passing fire station, at next roundabout, first exit, at next roundabout, second exit, next roundabout, take second exit, at next roundabout take third exit, this is Kimpton Road, passing Vauxhall showroom, on left, follow road passing shops on left, over railway bridge, our exit first left, and entrance on left.

Arrival procedure

Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation voucher or Booking Reference number. Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your recommend check-in time.

You will be required to leave your keys with the attendant.

Departure procedure

Full details of the returns procedure will be given on arrival at the car park.

If for any reason you return later than the booked date, additional daily charges will be payable to the car park.

This car park has CCTV, 15 foot high Security Fencing and is manned 24-hours a day.

Trailers & Vans

Trailers are permitted but will be charged for an extra space.

Vans are not permitted at this carpark. If you book and turn up in a van, the carpark will turn you away
