London City Terminal Short Stay Parking

Directions

Leave the M25 at junction 30 and take the A13 heading into London. After crossing the bridge, take the left lane to leave the road following signs for the airport and docks. Take the first exit from the roundabout onto the A1020 Royal Docks Road, staying in the middle lane. At the next roundabout, take the second exit towards Woolwich Manor Way. Follow the road and, when you see the Docklands Light Railway overhead, take a right onto Hartmann Road, signposted for the airport. From here you can follow signs for the Short Stay car park.

Arrival procedure

At the entrance to the car park, the barrier will recognise your number plate and dispense a ticket with your registration and a booking reference commencing 102, which shows it's pre-booked. If the ticket does not have this or you have any problems, press the button to speak to car park staff and give them your booking reference. Keep your ticket safe as you'll need it when you get back. Park, keep your keys and then it's just a short walk to the terminal.

Return procedure

Walk back to the car park and collect your car. Use the ticket you were given when you arrived to exit. If your ticket did not print correctly on arrival, you may need to have it validated at the car park's reception in the terminal before you leave, but staff will talk you through this if it happens.

Please do not use your credit or debit card to open the barrier as you will be charged again.

Security

The London City On Airport car park is barrier controlled and features CCTV cameras.

Disabled facilities

Specially designated spaces are available for disabled drivers.

Additional information

No motor homes, lorries, trailers or caravans are permitted even if multiple spaces are booked.

Trailers are not permitted within this car park.
