I found the car park very easy to use. I was most impressed with the fact I booked until 23.45 the plane was late and the luggage did not come off until 12.45. I was expecting not to be able to get out of the park without a few phone calls (this did not happen) I put the ticket in and the barrier opened.
My only critism is the ground was full of ice and very slippy and there wasn't any grit. Thank you

The right hand barrier does not read the number plate. However when you reverse to go into the left one the barrier behind is curved inwards so your rear end scrapes it as the variety of paint colours on the barrier testify. Always use the LEFT hand barrier. When you get the ticket with your registration number on leaving the car park at the end is very quick.

I've used the Pricebuster car park at Liverpool airport several times in the past couple of years. It is really well located and reasonably priced.

The only annoying thing is that the automatic number plate recognition system never works and you end up having to get your exit ticket validated opposite the terminal before you go collect your car. This is very irritating and can potentially cause a problem if you forget to bring along a printed copy of the confirmation of your booking.

Well sited carpark,but entry instructions could be clearer-couldn't see any signs to 'mid stay' carpark?
Also way out/exit signage could be improved

this is the nearest car park to liverpool terminal but like everywhere else the car park spaces are not wide enough to get in and out of the car but after saying this i will be useing this car park again also just to say if it is raining you will still get quite wet so you will need a mack

Parking was close to the airport terminal - easy walking distance - which makes travelling from Liverpool a good option for me.
My complaint would be that you clearly tolerate inconsiderate drivers parking on the pedestrian zebra crossings in the car park forcing people to walk on the more dangerous roadways in the car park. You should stop them doing that.

Easy directions & access in & out of the car park site.
DANGEROUS walking within the car park as some customers had parked on the yellow lined areas, meaning we had to walk on the main roadway.
SUGGESTION : Issue severe penalties to vehicles that are parked on walkway areas!
Overall a good experience.

Very convenient for the airport. Straightforward administration. Good price. Clear directions and well signposted. Took us a while to find an actual space. One passenger was disabled but no disabled spaces left had to park a fair distance back as carpark very busy. This would not have been a problem for able-bodied customers.

I like this car park because it is fairly good value and within walking distance of the Airport Terminal.
I have used it on several occasions usually without any problem. You drive up to the barrier, your number plate is verified, a ticket issued and the barrier raised to let you in. On exit, the ticket is entered and the barrier raised to let you out.
However, on my last visit, there was a queue of cars at the barrier, with each car waiting several minutes before the barrier would raise. On exit, my ticket was not recognised and a ridiculous amount of money requested. I contacted the Attendant on the intercom who after a few questions raised the barrier but not before a queue of cars had built-up behind me.
I hope this was a 'one-off' as up until this occasion, I would rate it the best value for money airport car park.

very easy to book online and before we went we had to change car but found changing number plate very easy.
directions easy to follow on arrival at airport.when we arrived back it stated on paperwork to go to kiosk in car park before returning to car but was told when we got there that we didnt need to but apart from that no other problems.

As usual an effortless parking experience at LiverpoolLong Stay, no problem entering the barrier with the Number Plate Recognition system and found a space quickly which was quite close to ther entrance.

Using this car park is as easy as it gets. Clear online instructions, a simple process to enter and leave and a very short walk from the terminal makes it the best we have ever used. We usually ask friends to give us a lift to and from the airport but the price of using the Pricebuster is less than the cost of their petrol so we will definitely be using this car park again.

Long Stay 2 was better than Price Buster, as on latter always get brakes locked on with spray, a client had same proble. We spent a considerable amount of time finding a space. Will I use it again? Do I have a choice

Very handy for the airport. Some customers had not parked within designated bays and parked on the pedestrian area this caused promblems walking through the car park with luggage.

Car park was easy to find, however when we arrived we were directed to another car park as the one originally allocated was full. Although there was no card/ticket activated barrier at all, we were assured (by friendly staff) that it was a secure car park and an attendant would be there at all times. When we returned from our trip to collect the car, there was no attendant at the car park- therefore I would not call this secure parking.

It would have been value for money had it been truly secure.

Would certainly use this car park again. It's easy to find - just follow signs for Liverpool Airport, then Long Stay 2. It's easy to use - vehicle reg recognition lets you on and off. Good value for money. Short walk (5 mins) to the terminal building.

Looked a good purchase except when i came to leave the barrier wouldnt open stating i needed to pay extra £139.99 for 2 weeks. I had paid and had confirmation. Tried using intercom but not working. Had to drive back and find another space then go to office and sort out problems. Didnt really need this after a 3 hr flight with 3 kids in tow.

Great car park ... Only a short 5 minute walk from airport. Well lit and felt safe for two female passengers arriving home in the early hours. It was also better than the shuttle service parking that we have used on previous trips.

We parked on the price buster carpark which was a good deal. On arrival the barrier camera didn't recognise the car number plate but the phone was answered promptly the reservation number given and the barrier raised. The same happened on leaving. The number plate is a personal registration.Could this have caused the problem? The carpark is busy so it is quite a walk to the airport but there are luggage trollies. You need a £1 coin or euro.

Convenient car park at a good price - went to the drop off zone first and left wife and kids with bags on trolley. I then parked in the long stay car park and was an easy walk back to the terminal. On our return we all just walked to the car with the bags. Would definitely use again.

The car park was easy to find and close to the terminal - it only took me 5 minutes from the car to the check-in desk. The only problem I had was on leaving - there was a problem with the barriers - but this was sorted within about 5 minutes.

On departure the ticket that was issued to me on arrival was not recognised / connected to my pre-paid booking and consequently the machine indicated that I was required to pay £62. Fortunately, a man undertaking routine maintenance work on the barriers was kind enough to review my documentation and raise the barrier so that we could leave without returning to the terminal to sort out the error.

Not a good experience as on arrival parking lots A and B were full. The confirmation letter said even if showing full there will be a space for you. There was not and it did not say to go to C and D to park. We contacted someone by phone who directed us to park at the multi story. On arrival there we were told to go back and park in C or D. Which we did. It was a good job we had plenty of time. On our return our ticket would not let us out but the attendant was very good and let us out on confirmation of our booking.

Definitely worth booking over internet as it is more expensive to arrive and park up.We costed it on the internet and the quote was £40.00 arrived without booking and it cost us £57.00.We are travelling in July and will pre book via internet for this trip.

Very disappointed when departing the car park the barrier did not go up as it was stated that I had to pay £67 in the terminal building, I had pre-paid two weeks prior and it was nearly mid night I had a queue of people behind and I was a woman on my own, it really scared me and I didn't know what to do, I don't think I will be using this car park again.

This is a no frills car park and i dont mean that in a bad way, we had no problems with it other than on exit the machine ate my ticket ! but there was help at the push of a button and was sorted out straight away, i will use this carpark again.

This was an easy walk from the car park to the terminal.
Used the airport shuttles in the past but it is not pleasant waiting for the mini bus in the freezing cold.
Walk took approx 5 mins each way so the time saved was good.

no prob on arrival, but on departure barrier wouldnt open and machine said we had to pay £75!! phoned up office who told us to press intercom on machine. gave ref number and barrier opened. it was sorted but took 10 minutes when we were tired after journey and just wanted to get home.

Good general service and convenient for departures and arrivals.
However, the registration plate recognition system didn't work...again. Good advice is to be aware of what to do when this happens, particularly if you are on the last minute. My experience is that it has worked only once in about five stays.

Long Stay 1 very convenient for the Departures and Arrivals (approx 4 min walk).

Two issues - the Registration recognition system did not work. Fortunately I had the alternative entry instructions to hand when stuck at the barrier.

When validating the ticket on return, due to the initial entry not working properly, the kiosk to do this is not immediately obvious. Better signage needed.

Would use again despite the above.

Excellent value for money , great saving . Very easy to use the carpark . Collect ticket drive in and park ! . Leaving liverpool was a bit more difficult due to numberplate recognition camera system not working.
Luckily I kept info from online transaction in the car and after passing details over intercom to attandant left without any further problem .
You may save nearly 50 percent of the usuall car park fee by buying online rather than paying on the day.

Had no problems parking and the site seemed safe and secure.

We did turn up a little early however, and I couldnt find out if there would be any penalty for this.
A grace period would have been nice in this circumstance as we spent 10 minutes waiting in the car for our allocated parking time to begin.
