Arrival procedure

N.B. If you arrive between 11pm and 5am there will be a surcharge of £10 payable to the driver.

One of the Star team will collect your car from the designated terminal, at the specified meeting time, and drive it to their 24hr secure parking site, which is situated within a 3 mile radius of Heathrow Central.

At T5, you will be met at T5 departures on the outside lane, at the very far end. Customers should wait in the layby signed - valet parking. The arrangement is the same on return.

The departure times given are the times the chauffeur have scheduled for you, if you arrive at any other times a meet cannot be guaranteed. (please phone to advise of any delays).

Return procedure

Once you have landed back into Heathrow Airport, and collected your luggage, call Star Meet & Greet on the phone number provided, and they will have your car delivered within 10 minutes for T1, 2 & 3 and within 15 minutes for T4.

Security

Cars are stored at a secured car park which is fully fenced, floodlit, and has security CCTV cameras, microwave detection system and 24 hour patrols, with an onsite security office, so you can feel at ease knowing your car is safe.

Insurance

Cars in our control are road risk comprehensively insured and subject to the car parks terms and conditions.

Disabled facilities

Suitable service which can be used by disabled clients. Please contact the chauffeur the day prior to your departure if you have any special requirements.

Additional information

N.B. Christmas Day, Boxing Day and News Day there is an additional charge £25.00 to be paid by the client on their arrival.

We recommend that you do not arrive at Heathrow before 4am as the terminals are not open at this time.

It is essential you arrive at the terminal as near as possible to your meet time to avoid any delays.
