Distance to airport

You are met at your departure terminal by a fully insured uniformed chauffeur who will assist you in unloading your car and will take your vehicle to a secure compound.

Transfers from airport

Transfers are not required as this a Meet and Greet service.

Arrival procedure

No arrivals or departures between 11:30pm amd 04:00am.

You will be called 20-30 minutes prior to confirm your arrival time to ensure your chauffeur is waiting for you. Please indicate if you would like a luggage trolley. If you do not receive a call please telephone on the number provided below.

On Arrival at airport:
Terminal 1: When exiting the tunnel, keep to the lane furthest left. Follow the sign for Terminal 1, Customer Arrival, Short-Stay Car Park. After passing the ticket barrier. Take the 2nd Left, to the ground level of the car park. Park your car in zone D.

Terminal 2: Drive to furthest lane away from the departure building.

Terminal 3: Follow the signs for Terminal 3, after going through the airport tunnel, follow the signs for Terminal 3 Short Stay Car park. Enter the Short Stay Car Park and proceed to level 5 of the car park to zone "A" which is near the lifts taking you to the Departures. Here you will be met by a member of our staff. After giving your car to us, proceed with your luggage from the lifts at Level 5 to the departure level minus 1 ( -1). When coming out of the lifts turn right and follow the signs for Terminal 3 Departures.

Terminal 4: Drive to the furthest lane outside the departure building.

Terminal 5: Follow the signs for the short stay carpark as you go up the ramp, then proceed to the Fast Track lane which takes you to level 4 of the car park, and park your car between rows - L & M. You will be met by a fully qualified chauffeur in a Black suit on the kerb side of the terminal building. The driver will identify you with your full details and then assist you with your luggage.

Cars accepted from 4am till 11:30pm.

Return procedure

Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, call the number given to you when your car was collected. You will be asked to remain in the terminal building, (we do not like our customers waiting in wet or cold conditions). Once the chauffeur arrives back at the departures lane, he will call you to come and collect your car, and assist you with your luggage.

Terminal 1: When you come out of arrivals, walk across to the car park. You can then pick your car up from the same spot as where you left it.

Terminal 3: When coming out of the arrivals, (after the last security point) turn right toward the signs for Terminal 3 Short Stay Car Park (towards "Boots" the chemist). Take the lift to the first floor of the Short Stay Car Park (behind AMT Coffee). Come out of the lift and turn left and proceed to walk over the bridge. At the end of the bridge, on the Right Hand side there are lifts, where you need to take the lift "up" to the 5th floor of the short stay car park. Your car will be brought back to you between rows "E, F or G."

Security

The compound is surrounded by high fencing with razor wire. It is fully equipped with 24 hour CCTV coverage. The compound is further manned with 24 hr security patrol, and has no public access to the compound.
